This is pretty normal, some coins go 200% up on a day, others lose half their value. You need to be patient to survive in this market, just don't panic sell. HODL your bag.

But you are comparing the lastest spike to the current low. That way it alwasy looks bad.
Looking at the start of the month the numbers doesnt look that bad, BTC price is roughly the same and FIAT value is up by 25%

I think you are right never selling them at the low price because you will be the loss. So please be patient until again startis will bounce back to normal position when BTC settles. Now things are very hard for altcoin market due to Bitcoin growth.

I was also in the same situation as this but with regrads to an exchange . Only 1 letter misspelled and I lost 19k of bitshares . In crypto, I have learned to be careful . I have since moved on from that experience, nothing had happened and will never be. Charge it to experience I must say.

Its that the tombstone that will be on the grave? I think it will go down further, BTC is headed to 5000+ USD and even more me thinks. We could see a run up to 10K now. Dump now and buy back in at the bottom I guess.

Time is coming to buy. Everybody wants a piece of cake from bitcoin and sell their altcoins for it. Now it might be the time to buy. When the bitcoin run stagnates they will go back to their old investments.

Buying strong altcoins like Stratis is going to bring double profit because after Bitcoin settling down at some floor there will be seen huge money flow toward cryptomarkets. Stratis will gain its lost value in satoshis and Bitcoin will be valuable so you will win double money this way. I have diversified my portfolio and have added more altcoins including Stratis to maximize the outcome.

They really need to deliver something now, otherwise the only way is down.
They took a lot of credit for a lot of stuff, some people jumped ship already.
All they got so far as a product is a Qt wallet for a PoS chain. Everything else is smoke and mirrors.

There's still a lot on the roster for Q3.
We're half way into it already and I wonder whether they'll deliver all what was outlined, including Breeze, Tumblebit and masternodes, side chains and contracts. Probably not, is my assessment

By the end of Q2 they sounded like they have it all almost all ready in a drawer, until like 3 days before the end of the quarter.
They didn't even have an alpha ready by then, and now they are testing, and testing.
If anything goes wrong despite all the testing it'll be in the dumpster down deep.
I wonder how long testing will take for the whole side chain/contracts theatre, if it ever arrives.
Maybe they're gonna keep testing for the next 10 years, like Maidsafe.

Meanwhile Microsoft came out announcing their own framework, which is killing it.
They got it all right, keeping stuff off of the blockchain which doesn't belong there, employing their own architecture for things that would always remain half baked shit if squeezed on a blockchain model.

And then this Poly dude comes out trying to sell some fish .... still and again.
Whats the numbers for that project?
What role does that bo-peep company play in the fish market?
Are they pitching the idea, or are they acting on a contract?
I've never seen anybody from an NGO catching a fish, all they usually do is talk, living off of taxpayers money, mostly making things worse, not better.
