What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit?

i gamble my money in order to get some entertainment, of course it is cool to get profit though its not my main aim

Me either I am gambling my money in able to have fun because if ever I am to get serious with it and going to treat gambling as a source of profit then I am going to wreck my life at early stage. But if I will just going to enjoy every cent of my money and suddenly I am going to win good amount of money with gambling then just a bonus and luck.

my reason of gambling is only and only making money, and i think 99 % of people have the same reason, but some people are telling a lie and they do not like to express their actual reason of gambling.

Most of those who tell that they are for fun are hiding the truth specially when they are losing money in gambling...Usually they will tell you that "it's okay" if they are losing... But deep inside, it's not, and usually they are planning to come back with much bigger bankroll and bet again telling you that "they are after their loss yesterday" ... Which looks like a foolishness and just keep them tied in gambling... 

a lot of those people have lost a lot of bitcoin before they started to gamble only for fun of it. it wasn't always like this for them. they start as a make profit kind of game and since they can not earn the profit they turn into the fun part of gambling.

There are also people that start gambling for fun and turned out hooked by it due to chasing those loses. Whether we gamble fun or for profit, we must see to it that we should remove emotions when betting and follow only pre-planned betting.

Base on my experience,

when I'm thinking about profit when I do gambling what happening is I'm losing my pocket money.
But when I'm just treating gambling for entertainment and I don't have intentions to win to it, just for fun only.

It tends that I'm winning suddenly. So, it is better if you are going to treat gambling for fun.

Totally agree with you. I am also a fan of sports - basketball in particular. Before, when I don't bet yet to basketball games, I always react and act like a coach while watching the game. But when I started betting, I feel much intense and like the owner of the team already I don't know, that is just how I observed myself when betting into basketball games.

Totally agree with you. I am also a fan of sports - basketball in particular. Before, when I don't bet yet to basketball games, I always react and act like a coach while watching the game. But when I started betting, I feel much intense and like the owner of the team already I don't know, that is just how I observed myself when betting into basketball games.

What i get in betting sports like basketball is I get the information that some games are rigged, when you are just ordinarily cheering for the game without bet, you will not know that games are rigged but when you become the gambler and you want to win most of time you will not use your emotion and you fade the public.

I am pretty sure you will have a good future in gambling because even with a small amount of bet you were able to control yourself. That is the most important thing regardless of your goal, may it be for fun or for money. Getting entertain and make profit is good but that is just a bonus.

It is good to go for profit when you get bonuses or get free bets or credit from giveaways. In normal times having fun and seeing real potential go for bet is good way. If you are not jumping on any match you will get not only profit but fun of course. When reason is to make profit you just place bet without thinking. This is a good reason but the question is do you really gaining a profit?  Anyway the same as him, I also gamble for profit but the problem is instead of winning a profit I end up lossing all my bankroll LOL.  Though it is fun in the start, it gets frustrating at the end specially if you are playing for a long time.  Losses makes you play again to chase those you lost and it's the worst mistake in gambling

I think you don't have enough self-control because you cannot control yourself to play again and again in gambling. losing in gambling I think is fine when you just lose what you can afford to lose but when you start losing also your personal money I think you must think twice before you bet.
