Yeah, the best advice I have read everywhere is to hold the coins if the price is going down and don't panic.

No, this does not compromise my financial life. Still it's a lot of money so I started with a smaller amount as a test amount.

If you intend to hold long term (as you should) then by all means buy right now and forget it. Trying to wait for a perfect price to enter the market will only stress you. In the long term, it does no matter if you get in at 500 or 1000, because it will be much higher.

If the Bitcoin price is really stuck in that range, there will be a lot of profit potential to turn into actual profits. I don't mean anything similar to day-trading, but rather more like a once-in-a-month turnover of bitcoins (or some part thereof)...

That would make much more sense (and profits) that the dumb "buy, hold and hope" approach

That's a huge money to invest. I'd rather buy some bitcoin and watch how will the market goes for next couple months, instead of buy bitcoin with all that money.
But if you have no problem take a risk for loosing some of your money or maybe all of it, then you could invest your money to bitcoin. If bitcoin price rise up in future you can make a huge profit.

I think the current price range is good buying point and seem like whales are also accumulating right now, so you can buy with whatever you can risk. I think price can rebound above 650$-700$ preety soon from this point.

With this price and the settlement that it has right now, buying is a good thing. We've settled long enough at this price range 570~590$, it's almost as if bitcoin is just preparing for a really big pump. If you do the 2% margin up and down trading technique, you can make a hundred or even more in a day with that much capital.

The OP is talking about buying bitcoins. That is way safer than investing in a referral site.

Yeah, that is something I really want to advice other people if they are going to invest in bitcoins.

The price won't change a lot within a few days, you need to wait several months in order to get a good profit out of it.
