That seems to be a great project. But, what can you say about your marketing? I see Augur is an nice project also, but such project needs a huge amount of people using it. So how are you going to attract them?

So, a major difference between Gnosis and Fairplay is that Gnosis is decentralized, right? There is a huge need of prediction-markets nowadays and I saw more than one very successful ones, but Gnosis is the first that I know that uses the decentralized approach. What was your reason of trying this innovative approach in the area of prediction markets?

Also, as the member above me pointed out, marketing will be very important. How important? I really love the introduction of the system, but to be honest I will consider investing into it only after seeing a proper marketing plan. Do you have a complete marketing plan already?

We have a good question here. As I always see: good (an ambitious) projects like this one only bother about hiring good programers/coders and forget all about marketing.

And for a project like this one, IMO you need a damn GOOD marketing in order to reach HUGE amount of potential players around the globe to keep this growing steadily.

Is it true that Gnosis will require Ethereum to hard fork in order to be functional?

Definitely a good point to consider. a good marketing. even when a project isn't that good but marketing can always make things sound better

From what I understood is that this project can be a tool to predict where the market of a particular cryptocurrecy is going whether up or down to which can be helpful for traders. correct?

Sorry for the slow reply @krypt0, we've just finished some long overdue maintenance on the forum and will hopefully see a lot more traffic through here from here on out.

As of right now, details are still pretty slim. But you can be sure that here, slack, and twitter will be the first places the details are posted when they are settled.

You can always ask slackbot on the gnosis slack channel about the ICO. His latest response is this.

We apologise for delays and uncertainty on this. We’re working on a crowdsale website that we hope we can have live in a few weeks. Legal complexity is the only current roadblock that we’re working through. (updated 09 Sep 2016)

He goes missing in the woods for weeks on end thinking the Vietnam war still on i try telling him it's over and he needs to concentrate on Gnosis but he just goes crazy and off he goes into the woods..So i guess i have no clue just like you sir ..

To answer the questions regarding the token launch, we're currently targeting a late November 2016 token launch and are in the process of determining exactly what the mechanics of the token launch will look like. We're aiming to get the game theoretical incentives right so as to balance the interests of the core gnosis team, the token buyers, the devs/projects building atop the platform later on, as well as ensuring the process is simple and secure. We believe we found good answers to all those questions and are looking forward to share our solutions soon.

In the mean time, the best place to stay up to date is definitely our slack team(http://slack.gnosis.pm/), but we'll try to do a better job keeping everyone here updated from here on out.

Is November date sacrosanct, I have been monitor this project for some time, I missed Augur ICO and looking at the performance in market so far, I want to be the one spreading the good news this time around
