Luck can get you one or two profitable sales but if you intend to stay very long in the world of crypto-trading, you need skills to survive. Luck runs out with time, skills get better with time.

this is the exact reason why gambling will never work as a way of making money or profit with your money because luck can only take you so far and it will run out eventually and the losing begins, so in case you are gambling with your investment in trading then you are doing a wrong thing.

Yeah, gambling is all about luck and  it doesnt even need skills to stay long  on  playing gambling because it really relys only on luck.  In doing trading   both skills and luck are needed in my opinion since these things  would give you a good result in  every trade you made for sure.

I believe having these two things would  definitely give you positive results not only in trading  but also to those  things that needs skills. Emerging market conditions can be analysed by current buy/sell price, charts(12H, 24H, 7D, 1M, 6M), news, market cap, volume, buy wall/ sell wall and orderbook.

If any trader consider all things above mentioned can predict or analyse market movements.

I personally tried and even recommend to my friend, getting good results.

I think both of them you need in trading because if you have skills you can choose what is the best coin you can buy in altcoin trading at the same time if you have luck you will get a big profit in that coins so if skill is with you but if you have no luck what ever you do you can not get a profit with any coins you buy. For me most of the time luck takes care of my profit, not always because I can't invest or trade on something that is almost a dead coin and those that have been ended at 1 satoshi so also the skills/knowledge is very important because you choose where to invest and where not because of this risk.

You both need it with trading in real life, you need skills to make a choice on which one to pick and luck to buy at the right time and right price, but you may have both of those but if you dont have the capital to start trading then it useless. In Altcoin trading I would be very picky in selecting which one to invest.

I don't think that we need a luck when buying altcoins ,because if we are sure on a particular coin which have a good plans and a great Development team  it is much use the skills ,skills on researching more about coin projects . In a form of trading its also a gambling cause you risk something not surely if you will earn or doubled your money or just losing the profit .luck in terms of trading i think if you are lucky to bought at cheap price then it pumps .that's how it occurs.

I don't really believe in luck ,but now as a change in my vision and acceptance in some ways 10% luck only on my mind ,cause i believe moving or taking on action is the best move to make luck happens ,this must be skills first to take action then luck if its succeed .

As trader you definitely need some sort of luck, but the percentage of 50% you describe, makes your trading style come very close to what people consider gambling.
