Salary fully bitcoin is a very interesting question. I do not think that many thought immediately about the practicality of this feature. But the real point of view, it will be very difficult to live, if a person does not apply to the bitcoin system users.

If given the opportunity I would happily accept half of my salary in bitcoins and save them but accepting whole salary as btc wont help as I would have to sell halfof them to manage my living.

For me personally, wages in bitcoin is not very suitable, because I still need to change the coins into another currency to the life. Therefore, even if the salary will be in the currency in which there is today.

if it was an option, I would take around 30% or so of it in BTC, that would save the time of trying to sign and exchange it for BTC. I wouldn't take all my salary in BTC since you can't use it to buy items directly with it and need to exchange it for BTC.

I will accept Bitcoin as my salary. But I have more than one job, so the other job may accept in Dollar. The Bitcoin that I got from salary will be kept in my wallet and I am not gonna sell for several years. It is because I have to make some investment and profit. And the other job that accept in dollar, will be used to buy food and pay bills. So that's it. I will not accept all my salary to Bitcoin because there is a risk to that.

I wouldn't want btc as my salary. In fact, as much as possible I want my salary to be handed to me literally and physically. I dont like using banks to be honest. Though I use it as my virtual "piggy bank" but other than that, like wallets. No. I prefer a physical version of currency.

Maybe receiving the 10% or 20% of your salary in bitcoin would be much more interesting.

In Europe there is a hot new pertaining to a company whose going to introduce paying bitcoins to their employees. But given the instability of the bitcoins market value is it an advantage for the employees or an disadvantage. In my opinion this kind of payment for salary is not yet beneficial to employees not until bitcoins price has become stabled. Though if bitcoin will start to increase its monetary value it can be advantageuos but if not then it is a peril to the employees. So what do you think, what is your opinion on this matter?

It is better to pay employees with the conventional money and the incentives/ allowances maybe paid in Bitcoin. Since Bitcoin is not yet acceptable in all establishments, this is hassle for the employees because they have to convert it in their local currency for them to use. So it is better that that company should pay a mixed of local currency and a Bitcoin.

I will not take bitcoin as a salary, because its rate is too unstable and in my country for bitcoins you can not buy what is necessary for everyday needs.
