What the hell, look at your signature space and you're already got your job with the salary in bitcoin form, not wish about the offline companies will use this system and that is impossible in this time. you've already got your answer.

He might not consider his earning in signature campaign as a form of salary and I think he has a point because we are not really earning a big amount that is enough to sustain our needs, we need a real job that pays us a decent amount on regular basis and we cannot find it easily because most of them pays in fiat.

In Europe there is a hot new pertaining to a company whose going to introduce paying bitcoins to their employees. But given the instability of the bitcoins market value is it an advantage for the employees or an disadvantage. In my opinion this kind of payment for salary is not yet beneficial to employees not until bitcoins price has become stabled. Though if bitcoin will start to increase its monetary value it can be advantageuos but if not then it is a peril to the employees. So what do you think, what is your opinion on this matter?
I would accept bitcoin as my salary because the btc price is stable and even growing. The disadvantage is that i can`t buy anything directly with bitcoins.I will have to trade them for fiat money.

Since I'm bitcoin holder , I will accept it without any problem. But my goverment still forbid it since bitcoin can't be owned by them Bitcoin as my salary will make me easier to manage my financial account
whether you will not feel the loss if the bitcoin price falls? it means your work is paid with cheap and become useless. if you want to hold bitcoin, it still better that you get from your efforts with growing your bitcoin. I think that I would never accept Bitcoin as a salary because at this moment it would not be handy because I cannot buy anything with it. Or the things that have to pay I have to pay with money and not Bitcoin.

Yeah its a big risk to accept salary in bitcoins as it has not been developed yet in most of the countries and its price instability makes us think twice before accepting our salary into it.

Yeah its a big risk to accept salary in bitcoins as it has not been developed yet in most of the countries and its price instability makes us think twice before accepting our salary into it. It doesn't really matter that Bitcoin isn't really accepted in the majority of the countries. The volatility will remain no matter what. And exactly that is what people should heavily think about when thinking about working fully for BTC. But then again, not many people will actually have their entire salary in Bitcoin.

I would accept if they send my salary equivalent amount of btc at the current rate of INR. I'll just convert it to fiat without delay. SO that i may not loss.
If you convert back to fiat you make loss from fees though so that would not be smart to do I wouldn't accept bitcoin as my salary cause bills etc are not to be paid in bitcoin so that makes everything a little bit complicated.

If I could accept bitcoin as my salary and pay all my bills by bitcoin or automatically pay bills from my salary then I would do it. Now I wouldn't do it only because I can't pay half of what I have to pay in bitcoin but only in fiat.

I can consider accepting 10 percent of my salary in the form of bitcoin and the rest as fiat currency. It is mainly due to the volatility that is keep me away from accepting my salary completely in the form of bitcoin. I try to set aside 10 percent of my monthly income as investment. So 10 percent of my salary as bitcoin is good for me.

I save up everything instead of converting it to fiat.

For me getting paid into bitcoin would be just a problem, because i will have to sell all the payment to cover my bills, soo in the end even with price fluctuating above the payment time, i will be forced to loose a comission to the exchange, soo no, not interested into such payment.
Finally someone that is saying something that makes sense in this thread. Bitcoin as main salary for the majority of the people will only result in problems and annoyances due to the lack of acceptance and the high volatility. If you want Bitcoin, then simply buy it with a certain portion of your salary, and you'll be fine. No need to have Bitcoin as main salary. There just less than 30% people in the world who knew about bitcoin so it is hard to use bitcoin without covert it in to fiat. Anyway I was recieve my salary in bitcoin from joining signature campaign. Also so many new people begin to use bitcoin everyday. How can you consider signature campaign earnings to be some sort of a salary for you? I see earnings from my signature campaign as a nice extra bonus, and that's it. I think that's how you should look at it too. It is a salary technically because you are getting paid doing it. If it is a bonus, then you should not be doing anything but you still receive money.the only thing is, it is not your main source of income. It is just a part time or extra income.

Bitcoin as a salary will be way to risky and most employees will not accept it. The price is way too volatile and if it crashes people will lose their money a day. I don't think that the people will take the risk. People will definitely not trust bitcoin as it seems so complicated to all the newcomers.

Yes obviously because bitcoin have lot of opportunities such as it's price keeps increasing and if we hold bitcoin then definitely we could make huge profit without any investment. and the best part is we could buy something with bitcoin and when there will be bitcoin transaction then only we we'll have more fluctuations in its price this we can increase our money.

I think you better quit your sig campaign because it is not following your belief and thought on being paid fully in bitcoin. Since you are indirectly saying that your campaign mode of payment is a bad idea. Anyway, as long as the terms are good I don't mind being paid in bitcoin. This bitcoin participation gives me another set of potential earning because only a few people out of the whole population knew about bitcoin and the opportunity it gives.
