yes and so far it does not  see an rtx a4000 or an rtx a4500 or an rtx a5000

Fixed multiple stratum bugs - mostly crash fixes when running web socket based connections)

- phoenixminer-v6.0-beta (Beta release. New features: Partial unlock LHR. By default detected automatically, unlocked with the default unlock intensity (520). Higher/Lower LHR unlock intensity - use -lhr. If Nvidia LHR card locks up because of high -lhr, card will be unlocked again, and the -lhr value will be lowered if necessary. Multiple other small fixes and improvements.
  Known issues and workarounds: New Nvidia 3050/3080 12GB cards have different kind of LHR lock, not supported yet. Latest AMD libraries 21.50 not supported. AMD libraries 21.40.2 aren't verified - will be added in final release.
  If using AMD 21.40.1 with Radeon VII, you need to add -fpwm 1 in order to have proper fan control. AMD 21.40.1 finally removed requirement of PCIe atomics but there are problems mix Polaris (RX4x0/5x0) cards and Vega or newer cards on same rig)

Hard to say. Its under Nvidia NDA unless someone will release it for public usage.
