I do not understand why this project is so bad, for a long time LBRY has not recovered and just continues to go lower and lower.
The devs don't have marketing and advertising or create at event to promote recovered and growth. They let everything fall free
And I decided to cut my losses though I lost 5BTC with this investment and will never invested in LBRY once more.

So the project is bad because the price is falling and the devs can't do anything about it? Maybe ask the miners why they are dumping instead.

Having the same issue today. Hopefully not too long.

Still, these hopes did not materialize. So I tried the other method - via Chat. That was... strange.

With a comment:

(facepalm) It's too complicate task for them to make a normally working web form. Ok, understood.

I linked my Google account. Sent the form, and got an answer:

Thank you but, I’m sorry. I checked your account, and you did not pass the verification.

What? Simply "no" without any explanation? I asked "why" and suggested to give other social networks (I have twitter, facebook, linkedin accounts, surely I can prove that I am a real person), but got no answer at all.

My impression of the project is - incompetence of the team.

I got a question about the Library wallet. I see that it functions inside the application itself which is fine, but how come I see no option to encrypt the wallet? This seems like a

big flaw in an otherwise good application. Is there a feature to encrypt and I just missed it? Or is it that there simply is no encryption here in which case, why not!? Thanks guys

Damn right, this coin makes nobody rich over night. I am so fucking happy I already sold this shitpiece coin. Coin keeps dropping lower and lower, reaching new low at 0.22$ since may because the devs put a big fucking middlefinger in peoples faces. Nobody will ever invest into this coin and it will drop to 0.05$ again. This is a perfect example of how to fail with a working product.

I sold too, and am done with this coin. Someone posted few pages and few months before about Devs dumping huge supply when the price was ATH. At that time i made fun of that guy, not embarrassed to accept my mistake here. I always invest in projects with working products, which lbry had, and still it's messed up beyond point of revival.

Wallet encryption is being worked on by the team.

It will be a miracle if they attract famous Youtubers to their platform, but only if they create the right environment better than YouTube (which is to my opinion almost impossible).

Some project seems so good as an idea & achievable, but let faceit, in reality sometimes we should listen to that clear voice of " Impossible " & move on.

Impossible? I don't think so. Difficult? Heck yea. YouTube wasn't made into an awesome platform overnight...good projects take a while to evolve and mature. What I can tell you is that LBRY has a working product, which, compared to other projects, is already more than they can claim. Slowly but surely users/content producers alike will get fed up with Youtube and want to take the power into their own hands.  The amount of censorship and demonetization going on right now will surely help this culture shift.

Is it still good to hold these coin or dump it?

Dumping or holding a coin depends on the user.
For e.g, someone buying at $1200 will not make a loss when he sells at as low as $2600. On the other hand, someone who bought at $4900 will lose if he sells at $4700.
Sell or hold if you think you will make profit or you will lose if you don't sell. But the whole issue is that this fall and rise in btc price is always expected. Choose when you think you are OK to buy and sell at when you are okay to sell.

It is not impossible but timing hasn't come. I think LBRY is here and it will stay. People will understand why privacy and decentralization is important. But time hasn't come.

Step one: write a stratum to handle GPU mining    
LBRY was not built with one , its handles CPU solo only, and solo CPU mining is LONG past :/
You could ask one of the pool operators to share their code, but likely none will be in a hurry to help drag hash away from their own pools :/
You COULD make a yiimp pool, and just keep the IP private tho tht would be a solo pool
