In the short time that I have used (tried to use) BURST, i have had to clean the database TWICE, because it just stops working. Doesnt let me log in the local wallet.. It says to wait 10 minutes, but i've waited more, restarted the wallet a bunch of times and still the same message.. Is it always THIS unstable..?

Ah,the wonders of java No need for restarting, just switch to online wallet, wait 1-2 min,and than switch back to local. Local wallet needs time to load fully If you restart wallet, you just repeat process from the beginning

It also takes a LONG time for the "local wallet server" to load up, then it has to sync - 5-10 mins is NOT unusual from time you start up the "server" to when you can finally access your local wallet, sometimes longer if you've not fired up the server for a few days.

I normally open the local wallet every day sometimes every second day and it takes around 15 minutes or more to fully load. It does take a little longer nowdays as before it was like 10 minutes.
On another note it's getting harder for us smaller miners to mine burst now as we have a 23TB rig set up and haven't mined a block in 15 days, I remember 23TB would at least mine a block every week a few weeks ago so it shows how much the difficulty has increased since then.

the fact is there's really no reason for you to be running the entire blockchain from your computer. setup your miner locally, plot locally. you can set up a reward recipient online, you can set up your wallet online and then simply do the plotting and mining from your computer.

Better security if you don't use a "online" wallet.

Better security if you don't use a "online" wallet. There really is no reason to be running the entire thing from your computer. so unless you're have some developmental reason to do that let it go get rid of that. You can do the rest of it online and only need the plotting and mining to be done locally.

If you will give more info about your asset, than the only three words that are written on the description of the asset himself... potential investors, can evaluate what you offer... Now, i don't see why invest in you, without any plan/project explained.

The AIO is nice, but unnecessary for the common users, and for the miner also. it simply takes up space and it does have issues.

Use the back of one of the online wallets, for the reward recipient allocation, the gathering of info like the account ID and then set up your plotting in mining from your computer and you're good to go.

I agree that it's not necessary to have the AIO wallet as I used to use it a lot but a week ago the DB was corrupted and since then I now just use the online wallet to keep track of our mining transactions. The AIO does take up a lot of space as well so we just run the miner and that's it.

How do you JUST use the online wallet? Do you still use the official BURST wallet program, but just don't let the local wallet update? If that is the case - how do you stop local wallet from downloading blockchain?

Well I used to use the lex AIO wallet which has the local and web wallets in it but I now use the online wallet from here https://wallet1.burstnatlon.com:8125/index.html or here https://wallet1.burst-team.us:8125/index.html Which ever one is up and running at the time I use them as sometimes one could be down for some reason.

What is the reason for this drop in the price of a coin? It is said that the main developer of the coin left with Burst!

Not true. While there has been some drama in burst... all coins/alts are getting hammered.
