It's not yet possible to claim them, the web site should be updated for that. Probably it will take until Sept 5th when the genesis block is created.

Will PoP be active from the genesis block? And if so, any indications on the hardware needed to host "slices" of the chain?
I'm sorry if this has been asked before.

PoP won't be active from genesis, as it's not really needed during the initially small blockchain. There are higher priorities.

Hardware, anything running Java 8 and with a network connection should do.

Is it not smart to just call it HEAT, instead of HEAT LEDGER?

Most of the people I told about think the actor heath ledger is involved or so  Grin

HEAT, sounds also more powerfull and compact, Like APPLE or TESLA, or NOKIA

Guess coinmarketcap got it wrong or they are using it for the ICO tokens.

The blockchain and crypto platform are called HEAT. Heat Ledger is the company. It causes confusion ok, because of that and the fact that HEAT is a ledger. But HEAT is being emphasized towards as the brand for the public blockchain, no worries about that.

We've got the preliminary number for the distribution multiplier:

Number of HEAT coins per stake = 1.45 x stake
...
All those HEAT holdings now traded on exchanges will be multiplied by approx. 1.45, after which 1 token is equal to 1 HEAT.

Hi Dev team, can you give me some ETA for the distribution multiplier on C-CEX be materialized.

Cheers!! ●‿●

We've been very busy with setting up the alpha draft client for testnet that's supposed to be released before September 5th, as well as the JV arrangements that somewhat coincide with the release of the HEAT mainnet, increasing the pressure even more. Not to mention the legal work required for the options and IPO, plus scouting for and evaluating the upcoming team reinforcements. Thus public updates are scarce at this point. The grand opening date for HEAT tokens is Sept 5th.

What's that, HEAT mail notification? We have nothing to do with such.

The grand opening date for HEAT tokens is Sept 5th.

According to what I have understand so far there will be two stages:

- Verification process to verify the ownership of the ETH/BTC addresses used during the ICO
- Distribution of the tokens (+ mainnet wallet available)

Will the verification process happen before Sept 5th? Your website is still saying that this will start Aug 22nd...

That's right.

Verification phase could be available before Sept 5th but we don't know that yet because the amount of workload is high and operating team is still small.

How surprising! I guess we´ll see a large amount of delays and problems with this coins, if I just think about my recent memories with FIMK...

Good luck anyway with this one, hopefully I am finally able to cashout something
