Save you Bitcoin for your (grand) child / children?

That is not good to store it for a long time of period to use it by your grand son, you need to invest in bank that is transferable when you are going to die that also gives you high security because of the insurance of money in the bank.

That is good if you give a bank account to them after they have knowledge in this world, 1 bitcoin is huge amount and it helps them on their personal expense or what they want to buy with the amount of 1 bitcoin.

Well this is coming to my mind I am doing it already and thinking about if what is going to be the value of bitcoin by that time if I gets old.
So that you are not going to think about the financial needs of where you are going to get it if you have saved a lot of bitcoin by that time.
You are confident that you have something for the future of your children and grandchildren.

Or if you like it could be part of an inheritance.
But I don't know if a lawyer who handles the estate would know how to pass them on to the grand kids 

there is a simple law about this in every religion and in every state if you study this issue in Islam you will clearly understand the share of every one i think distribution of inheritance is one of the most complicated problem to be solve.

If I make enough with Bitcoin I will without a doubt save some for my children but only if I make enough. I am waiting a long time and I want my waiting to be paid off.
If I do not make much I am going to treat my self for waiting so long instead of my kids.

I haven’t had any grandchildren yet so I haven’t thought about this put I think it’s good to some for my descendants, I won’t only just give them a bunch of money but I’ll also give them some opportunities of spending it as well as earning some income with that money easily, but I think first things first, I should make some profit out of it and then save them for my own needs before I can have a huge amount of bitcoin to save it for someone else.

Why are you saying like that? There is no such things or ideas, especially things about bitcoin, called dumb ideas, unless those ideas are ridiculously impossible and unreasonable. However, this idea isn’t something crazy, it’s maybe the greatest idea I’ve ever heard in this forum and I think it would be the most meaningful gift for our children.

When ever we talk here on forum about saving money, saving bitcoins I think about how much I need money now. Without money you can't make money, without money you can't save money.
I could stay on a side something yes, but its waste of time when you put cent's on a side, with coins I earn I try to make more, and part is used to cover my debts in real life.
Idea about saving bitcoins is great idea, for grandchild's even better. But I guess rich people can afford them to put money on a side. I'm not in situation to do that, I need to find a way to make some business. But with no money its like mission impossible.

Saving Bitcoins for the future offspring of your future offspring means that you really care about your family. You care so much that you even care about people who don't even exist yet. Saving Bitcoins right now and passing it by 2 generations will surely make your grand kids wealthy. Having money when you aren't even born yet would be a good thing. It's nice living a rich life.

But I personally wouldn't do that. Getting born with a silver spoon in your mouth just makes your entire life boring. You don't have to grind or anything because there's no point, you're already rich. I will let my grand kids experience a life with not that much money, I want them to persevere to get to the top not be on the top ever since they were born.

I know someone he has been doing that since 2013. He has already 5 bitcoins on his cold storage and he is planning to inherit that amount for his grand children. Since he is already rich he doesn't care about that 5 bitcoins at all. I hope I am going to be the same with him. But as of now, I am not even able to save bitcoin for myself.

Thats a cool idea. But I would rather open like a savings account for them, just to be safe. Not saying that btc in unsafe though, it's just that its safer to use local currency.

I agree with you its not a dumb idea at all in fact is quite good to have this motivation or goal to save up some  of our bitcoin for our grandchildrens. To those people  who dont like with this idea maybe  hes to greedy enough that he would really only like to spend his  bitcoins for himself and dont mind  others to benefit it.
