April 2017 is the unofficial release date of Module #1 — the Rights Management Gateway. The official date is expected to be solidified by the end of January, 2017. We hope to have an announcement date for Module #11 — the TVOD Portal — by the end of January as well. Our plan is to roll out Module #1 first, followed by Module #11. 1. Seriously? After three damn months and they just got only "blue print" for the development plan. (ICO end on Oct 2nd)
2. No update on "documentary's and singular sci-fi series" at all.

I expect it to fall to sub 300 levels ... This seems to be a new strategy by these new icos ... give no news out ... let the price fall as much as it can .... buy them all back with the same  funds that were handed to them ..... and then give some good news ... rinse recyle and repeat .... If this shit were regulated these bastards would be in JAIL !

Yes honestly this seems to be the case, they just don't care about their investors at all and hide behind the same lame excuses. Plus it's clear insider trading is rampant on most crypto projects.

3. Illusion of exclusive information. Hence, the core investors only visit the Slack chat.

I bought only because of Joseph Lubin and I think the idea of rights managements in the entertainment industry and smart contracts is a match made in heaven. I personally would love to see the Ethereum platform and particular UJO Music since we are talking about this succeed, however I will admit I didn't do much more research than that (I also didn't invest much and I bought well below ICO price so not a huge loss at least so far).

The point is, many of us would like to get some actual answers, this could get really ugly and even hurt Ethereum long term. Just looking at how the shady the ICO process transcurred and months and months without ANY sort of development or decent progress update are huge red flags indeed. Now on top of this I just found out the CEO has been accused/charged for the only film he directed (even if he was not prosecuted, I'm sure they charged him with something an a deal was made as it's stated in those links).

Your theory seems to be true, for instance look at ICONOMI, Antshares, Firstblood, Waves, Singularity. they  have all dropped below the ICO price some have even dropped more than 60% of the ICO price. I assuming I decided to buy when the price dump to before buying, I would have made a steal of coins like SNGLs

I wouldn't say for Iconomi that they are following the theory, however, for the others that you mentioned it definitely could be a possibility. ICN hasn't dropped under its ICO price, it's about 3 times the ICO price at the moment.

There can't be any plans. It should be noted that their roadmaps, whether they're processed by a broken typewriter or cheap translate services, are only good for heating the oven. With this in mind, I will be hesitant to read up on them or take part in shooting inquiries to this thread because arguing with or demanding anything from a broken typewriter is very time-consuming and doesn't make much sense to me.

Just found out about this project today so correct me if I am wrong but was reading through couple pages of this thread and seems like the dev is given up.  Hopefully I am wrong though would like to see this project succeed.

Far from it!
There are no devs who have left and the team is working towards achiving the long term goals.
Apparently it's very difficult to communicate here on Bitcointalk  through the voices shouting about "doom".
There is something very different to SingularDTV (and some of the mentioned above new emerging enterprises building on the Ethereum protocol) than what most of us are use to in Crypto. Those projects are launching into the crypto ecosystem platforms which do take long term development and do poses a real utility.
In reality this is a marathon. Not a sprint.
It requires vigilant planning, execution and strategic tactics. Not on last place patience.
The best advise is to get down on researching bellow the apparent surface and try find out what lays beyond
what most are thinking to be the truth. By and for your self.

..especially in Crypto.
