cryptodevil: let's not go down that path, please. Jawad clearly says "black & white people" in the recording,

While I agree with the need to focus on the scam aspect of this, I'm British, I know a Northern Ireland accent and I know he uses the vernacular, "feckin" instead of "fucking", as many Irish people do. He did not say "Black and white people. . ." he absolutely did say "Feckin' white people. . ."

It's a scam pure and simple and Jawad
Is trying to launder the proceeds before
He is apprehended.

Read the email below he sent that many of
You have read.

It's almost time to get your Tokens.
Thank you for your response to Tuesday's update - we've now got most of the outstanding participants on the send list for tomorrow.

For those who haven't sent us both the BTC Address for token delivery and the txid to confirm we ask you to please do so before 12 noon GMT tomorrow.

If you can't make that then please email us within one week and we'll take your details and send out the tokens that way.

The Tokens
We're pleased to announce the issuance of DeOS Tokens using the Omni Layer protocol, which we chose because we judged the underlying technology to be the most reliable and easiest to use. The crowdsale operated through issuing individual addresses for each participant, which were verified and confirmed by teams who had no access to the funds. The Omni Layer Foundation was not involved in that process, the statement made in July 2016 about them providing verification services to the fundraise was withdrawn by Razormind after they clarified they don’t offer such services, but we were unable (see below) to retract the statement in print across multiple media channel at the time.

Razormind is using the funds raised to expand our in-house team of talented developers and we are on track to deliver the roadmap promised during the crowdsale. Using the Bitcoin blockchain as the native currency for DeOS has proven a great model, and we look forward to delivering decentralized application infrastructure that builds on the Bitcoin ecosystem.

DeOS Tokens and links to wallets will be delivered tomorrow to you.

Our Crappy Communications

We want to apologize first and foremost for the lack of updates and the general rubbishness of our communications. Ismail Malik was expelled from the DeOS project earlier this week for that reason.

His departure sent a wave of relief throughout the team even though he was squatting on the deos domain.

So, in short we've moved domains and will confirm the new url to access the upgraded DeOS Demo on Monday. We'll also try to build out new community arenas for you - please let us know if you prefer slack, or a facebook page etc. If you have any queries please email - pr (at) razormind (dot)(co)(uk).

DeOS Platform release set for 10th October Version 1 of the DeOS platform will be available on 10.10.2016. You'll be able to spend your tokens to register smart assets, and identities and lookup those on the blockchain. Spent DeOS Tokens will be available for re-purchase directly from the platform, and the revenue will go to the DeOS Foundation for ensuring the platform stays in public hands.

In Belfast 2 BTMs are on order and due for delivery the week before the launch. A total of 10 are in line for Belfast which will become Razormind's European HQ, and another 10 for Paris, as we intend to launch DeOS based banking in 2017 in those cities.

We're on track to deliver, and now that we're moving to a new leader for our communications we will try to update you daily on our progress.

Kind Regards

DeOS Team

The pivot towards BTMs bitcoin ATM
Since by whose consent and when did
The funders, to the ICO agree to pivot
the project to pay for Razormind owned
Bitcoin Cash machines, this amounts to
Money laundering and several other offences
as it is obviously clear from the haste to
acquire the BTMs that he wishes to launder
The ICO funds into cash and not into a
traceable bank accounts.

As is obvious and will become apparent
as further information comes to light
the net has closed around Jawad and
not long from now an Europol or Interpol
Arrest warrant will be issued.

To prospect for funds under a false premise
And then attempt to launder those proceeds
through cash are serious offences and as
it amounts to several million USD in value
It is likely to be dealt with by the Serious Fraud Office.

As many who have listened to the recordings Jawad
Operates a criminal network through intimidation
and threats.

As those around him who have received any of the
The fraudulently obtained funds start to get cold
feet it's like more information will be leaked.

The arrest is likely to come on or around the 10th of October

The reason will be simple as most folk access the missold
Platform and realise they have been frauded the tokens
will be useless and attention will turn to reporting the fraud.

Let's hope Jawad does not slip UK border control and the amount
of funds he manages to launder through the BTMs no questions
asked exchanges and agents in Ukraine posing as dev teams, can be
Minimised.

As it's also a Tax crime his chances or apprehension by HMRC
Inspectors is also very likely.

The criminal career of Jawad and his initimidation is coming to
It's final chapter.

Ok, I've gone through the whole recording and Jawad basically spends the entire time after instructing Ish to tell Nick from Vanbex to go fuck himself about his 3btc crowdsale investment, complaining about Ish having gone away for two weeks without telling him and repeatedly slagging Vanbex off for "fucking us over".

Ish, why does he feel Vanbex screwed him over?

Because I bet this article of theirs http://www.econotimes.com/Razorminds-DeOS-Crowdsale-Raises-US-$19M-in-Bitcoin-241414 helped him collect a lot more than the six thousand dollars they were being paid.

This:
JAWAD 38:55 : "I have literally got millions of pounds, more money than I have ever had in my entire life. [sound abruptly cuts at this point to Jawad then talking about how Ishmail wasn't around when he needed to get advice from him]"

Pretty much is what we suspected all along, that Jawad considers that 'crowdsale' (ICO) money as his.

Also, going back to the beginning of the call, at 4:50 Ish ask if Phil (Sturgeon) is going to be coming into the office and Jawad answers in a somewhat dismissive way, "Yes, he will, so will [Adams?] and all the others. . .just . . ." but then redirects the focus to something he's doing on his desktop, "Let me just check this thing, tokens are going out . . ."

It is almost as though he doesn't want the topic of the discussion to remain on the issue of Phil and others coming into 'the office'. Listen for yourself, you'll see what I mean.

To prospect for funds under a false premise
And then attempt to launder those proceeds
through cash are serious offences and as
it amounts to several million USD in value
It is likely to be dealt with by the Serious Fraud Office.

Correct, this bullshit 'it was a crowdsale not an ICO' excuse doesn't cover for the fact that people would have bought into this 'crowdsale' under the impression that Razormind was a substantial operation with hundreds of staff and offices all over the world and that DeOS was already a legitimate platform with 27,000 active users. As he intended through his intentionally fraudulent website and interviews.

That it netted him several million dollars in bitcoin elevates it to an SFO-level response at the very least.

Hi Guys

It is with regret I have to inform you Ismail Malik is no longer part of
the DeOS Project.

He's been away for two weeks, and we've had spotty contact with him during
and after the crowdsale, with issues around Vanbex and his ongoing
relationship with Nic who works there.

We wish him the best of luck, appreciate the time and effort he donated to
our success, and will arrange transfer of the domain deos.io back to him
tomorrow.

Kind Regards

Jawad Yaqub

Hi Guys and Gals,

I'll keep this as brief as possible.

Thank you for invaluable friendship over the past few weeks. Everyone who
knows will tell you the popularity of the crowdsale has taken us by
surprise. No one could have predicted Ethereum would split, and that this
far in the DeOS Demo would be so well received. Despite being only three
days old http://deos.io has gotten some serious attention:

And further down from Cloudflare:

Don't let anyone kid you - we did good. And we did it without spending a
dollar on advertising. Or selling. We can be proud of the fact we're putting
the decent back in decentralization. Anyway - if you notice - we're getting
a little interest on the Chinese front - Eddy Travia from Coinsilium has
offered to help us think that side of things through and I'm deeply thankful
to him for his friendship and advice.

This is a good time then to announce some great friends:

*        Niall Maye - Communications and Strategy Advisor.

*        Rob Malda - DeOS Foundation Strategy Advisor.

*        Frances Coppola - DeOS Foundation Economic Strategy Advisor

I'm going to congratulation the following champions on their field
promotions:

*        Adil Iftikar is joining us as COO (Chief Operations Officer)

*        Ismail Malik is joining us as CCO (Chief Communications Officer)

*        David Mondrus is now our COO of USA

*        Feda Muhasen is now Chief Architect for Europe.

Guys welcome and thank you for your friendship, advice, and guidance.
Remember our words - trust is the only network. And also no posting pics of
food on social media. As a company we have standards.

I've set up a http://deostalk.slack.com room for us to introduce and work
together more easily. Ping me for an invite if you haven't already got one.

Our plan now is to shift gears and target banking, China, and the mainstream
press. We're confident we'll sell out of DEOS Tokens by mid-August, so we
want to show our usecases, let people try the DeOS Demo out, sign
partnerships that will make our project more real and beneficial to more
people while the crowdsale lasts. Make no mistake this was never about the
money - let's make a little history and leave the world a blockchain where
our families memories and lives can live on forever. We'll busk it from
there.

Kind Regards

Jawad Yaqub

First:
Hi Guys

It is with regret I have to inform you Ismail Malik is no longer part of
the DeOS Project.

He's been away for two weeks, and we've had spotty contact with him during
and after the crowdsale, with issues around Vanbex and his ongoing
relationship with Nic who works there.

We wish him the best of luck, appreciate the time and effort he donated to
our success
, and will arrange transfer of the domain deos.io back to him
tomorrow.

Kind Regards

Jawad Yaqub
LOL. See, Ish, you donated your time and effort. But, seeing as Jawad is now a millionaire, you can go fuck yourself, just like anybody else who won't play along with his plans.

Quote
I'm going to congratulation the following champions on their field
promotions:

*        Adil Iftikar is joining us as COO (Chief Operations Officer)

*        Ismail Malik is joining us as CCO (Chief Communications Officer)

*        David Mondrus is now our COO of USA

*        Feda Muhasen is now Chief Architect for Europe.

'field promotions' - LOLOLOL! Seriously, do these other people even exist in this context as 'Chief . . .' for Razormind or, given the timing of this particular email, was it just so he could scramble to replace the fraudulent Dengo Systems employees page he was caught out trying to con people into believing were Razormind staff?

WARNING!!! Check your forum URLs carefully and avoid links to phishing sites like 'thebitcointalk' 'bitcointalk.to' and 'BitcointaLLk'

Phil,
Thanks, please see what we need below:
1. Statement as to why as photo from Buzzfeed was used for Olga Pertusha.
2. Statements replying to the scam accusations on Bitcointalk.
3. Name of the PR company who put up the fake testimonials.=20
4. cryptodevil@gmail.com <mailto:cryptodevil@gmail.com> - understandably th=
e person making scam accusations may not be the most reputable, however poi=
nting this out does not resolve the issues present and moreso does not incr=
ease confidence in the project. The scam accusations need to be addressed d=
irectly no matter where they come from.

We=E2=80=99ve been receiving concerns from our media partners who are askin=
g us for proof, they are worried about our association as we are not provid=
ing the proof that they are asking for. Can you please provide us with this=
information so we can go back to our media partners and restore confidence=
that we are giving them credible information. Once we have this informatio=
n we can then address the accusations on [Suspicious link removed] <mailto:L@vanbex.com>

I took his advice in that email and googled my email address to see how disreputable I am .

I could only find this:

Hi, this is DeOS Team from Razormind. Jace Martin who operates this subreddit asked for some information on the project which is why we posted.

BitCoinTalk: if you google cryptodevil@gmail.com you will see as we did it is a paid trolling account; one which can be rented for BTC.

We've been targeted by several Ethereum paid trolls who've gone as far as attacking staff and family members. Several of these are traced back to Tel Aviv, Israel, where Consensys is based.

Odd that.

I wish I knew where I'm renting myself out for btc.

Must be a ton of money in that account by now, surely? What with me being nothing but a paid troll, right?

Its all FUD and nonsense to obfuscate whilst Jawad launders funds, anybody who questions him
either gets "expelled" or is a Troll or as in the case of Vanbex who were just doing the right thing
sacked and threatened.

Just going back to the OP of https://www.reddit.com/r/icocrypto/comments/50sh1h/razormind_deos/ it strikes me as strange how Jawad and Phil set about promoting Razormind as having multiple 'Leadership' personnel, such as Ish Malik, Feda Muhasen, Adil Iftikar and David Mondrus, as of the beginning of August, but according to this reddit thread "this post was submitted on 02 Sep 2016" yet only has:
Quote

Team:

    Jawad Yaqub, Enterprise Architect.
    Phil Sturgeon, Director.

No mention of the people he awarded 'field promotions' to the previous month!

Now, as for this libellous claim:
Quote

Firstly, Jawad and/or Phil, googling that email address brings up ONE hit. One single fucking hit. Do you know what it brings up for that email address? You probably do seeing as you are intentionally posting libellous statements in order to deflect from your fraudulent astro-turfing of your two-man-band residential-address-registered-office sham corporation. It brings up the very same reddit post which makes the false claim in the first place. Oh my. So soon a millionaire and you're already guilty of so many infractions!

Secondly, and at this time this is the real eyebrow-raiser, claiming that 'paid trolls from Ethereum' have actually 'attacked' staff and family members and that these attackers have been traced back to Israel. Because apparently it wasn't good enough to simply lie that your 'staff' (who?) had been attacked by ConsenSys 'trolls', no, because what you actually did was get *real* fucking specific and claim they were 'paid trolls' from Tel Aviv, Israel.

Letting something slip there, Jawad? Mr "Feckin' white people, do you know what I mean?".

I think I do, Jawad, I think I know *exactly* what you feckin' mean.

Jesus Christ,

Is he really THAT stupid?

Sorry, its in Bulgarian, because of my Regional settings, but you get the picture.

cryptodevil, are you sure that this is their official Reddit?

He is really THAT much of a compulsive liar to ignore the reality of how easily his lies can be exposed, yes.

cryptodevil, are you sure that this is their official Reddit?

As they said in the post, they were asked by the mod of that 'ICOcrypto' sub-reddit to post the details of their ICO, so they did.

Cointelegraph said that they will investigate the issue, but that was like 12 days ago (https://twitter.com/CoinTelegraph/status/778616210980306944). Nothing so far. I will tweet to them again, because there is a lot more information available. Such scams must be exposed outside the forum as well.

EDIT: Here is the tweet (https://twitter.com/FAILCommunity/status/782919796513964032)... let's see their reaction.

cryptodevil: you're right about the "fecking...", I misinterpreted that the first time I listened through the whole podcast. Let's still not go down that path, OK?

I'm following this with great excitement and it already paid back more than I invested. I wish all my crypto investments had such a dramatic and almost immediate return Wink.

Edit: jokes aside, this is a sad story for anybody who invested more than a few dollars (and for the trustworthiness of ICOs as a whole). Let's get this guy to pay the money back. In the long run, he'll feel better too, I'm sure.

https://clyp.it/h1nan1uz

you are not paying with us?

Jawad : WARE YOU EMPLOYEE WITH US???

LOL soooo much.

a big question is why Jawad doesn't want to pay a such little 3BTC money although plenty money Jawad has now.

way of talk and logic indicates non qualification as Director or CEO but SCAMMER.
