Guys please be careful with how you login it all works. I keep testing and checking it is all working 100% and not sure why a few are still having problems. I have been told that is you copy and paste from the reset password it sometimes doesnt work so just manually type them in. The reset functions work perfectly also and you go to your profile once logged in to change password and pin any any time. Passwords and pins cannot contain characters other than 1-9 or a-z so if you are creating one using special charecters you will need to rest/change it. Other than that it is really very simple. Try these things and it will work as it does for me and 95% of members every time.

so can't login to account ...like others ... tried using front part of email, and that may or may not work but still need a pin and when i try to get it reset I get email saying (This is your pin no : Your pin no is not registerd ) how can I get a pin if I can't log in.  reset pin doesn't work if you didn't have one to start.
