It can't be listed without those things.  Also, just because you list your coins at $1 each doesn't mean they are going to sell for that.  They will go all the way to 1 SAT, and still not sell unless the DEV starts posting merchant info.

I think he is not the one creating the wallet or the blockexplorer he just commission this,so he has no control on the exact time it will be released,some takes up to 4 to 5 days before they can come up depending on the features of the wallet,so we need to be patient..
