The whole point of bitcoin is to be global and anonymous. Bitcoin does not need any regulations, the moment it was created it was available to anyone around
the globe. I do not want too see bitcoin be classified as an international currency, that would be absolutely horrible because then so many rules and regulations
will be imposed and most likely international bodies will put a bitcoin tax ( which would be awful). By the way, I hope it never becomes something like an euro for the whole world. Just keep bitcoin as bitcoin. end of story.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

It is already an international currency, you can trade Bitcoin against any fiat currency presently, Yuan, Pound Sterling, Dollar, Yen etc but I think what you are trying to ask is when a country will officially accept it as an official currency. I think Zimbabwe should look towards adopting Bitcoin as their official currency, they have nothing to lose presently by taking this move

Making bitcoin as an official currency for that certain country is i guess not the best idea. I would also have to disagree that they would not lose anything. Bitcoin is a decentralized type of currency it is being managed by individuals and not by a government, they can adopt this one but i think this is not yet the right time for them to consider this as an official currency

If it is recognized by a government as a currency, this would mean potential regulations right? What is more conducive is the adaptation of bitcoin into e-commerce and traditional brick and mortar businesses.
which could make bitcoin be legal currency is the government. but I'm sure it will be difficult for bitcoin to get it, because there will be no government benefits can get when they accept bitcoin, that's the problem

Why do you think that bitcoin is not an international currency already? It is an international currency and people from all over the world are using it. The only issue is the acceptance. People are using it and accepting it through internet but if you except government will also implement this currency in to their eco system, then it is a problem.

Most of the government will not want a currency to be implemented in their country which is not printed by them. otherwise, they will not have the records of it. Either they will start taxing on it or simply reject it. It is better that bitcoin remain as an internet currency only.

Bitcoin is already international currency and bitcoin is just waiting for the other countries to adopt it. In Bitcoin it's free and you can send and receives bitcoin anywhere in the world. So it is already international currency and bitcoin just need some adoption to be legit 'international currency'.

Many are already adopting bitcoin and from the start it is already an international currency. You can transact anywhere in the world even at the convenience of your room.
I think bitcoin does not need a recognition that it is a currency bitcoin, bitcoin is created for it, but to see bitcoin is recognized by many countries and governments I think it is a difficult thing

Most countries have deep emotional ties and a history with their own national fiat currencies, so I have serious doubts, that Bitcoin would replace these currencies. You might see it replaced in countries where the fiat currencies collapsed and/or people are in the process of a revolution against their governments.

This will only serve as a temporary alternative, for fiat currencies. ^hmmmm^

I agree that countries have deep ties, though I think it is not emotional but political instead to their own fiat currency, so bitcoin replacing them is a dream that will never come true. I can only see bitcoin as as alternative currency to every nations currency making it automatically as international currency.  Funny isn't it?

I think there is no doubt that bitcoin is already an international currency we all know that bitcoin is accepted all over the world and we are able to send bitcoin to any country of the world so it is enough to say that bitcoin is international currency.
Sending or receiving bitcoin around the world was even available when bitcoin have just evolved so to consider bitcoin as international currency we need to be able to cashin or cashout from bitcoin in every country so that the bitcoin you will receive can be exchanged in your local cash as well as you should be able to easily buy bitcoin on market price and can send it to other country. And for this to become reality we have to wait for next few decades.
Are you unable to cashin or cashout bitcoin from your location? That must be the remotest part of the world, because you should know that bitcoin is borderless, all you need is an internet ready device and connection and you can buy or sell all the bitcoin you want. One more thing, is that it is not until all the countries of the world says yes to bitcoin, that it can be said to be an international currency as using it for transactions with as from two countries upward, already made it an international currency.

beside difficult, it needs long time before can be applied into the governments economic system and its should be need team work between bitcoin dev team and the team from government itself to make a syncronize with the government economic system. but for making any transaction between one people to another people, it will be easy and simple to do.

Bitcoin surely needs more adoption. If there were more merchants, this would encourage customers to buy Bitcoin to use it as currency, rather than a mere means of speculation. There would also be price increase, due to growing demand.

A good idea to make customers use Bitcoins would be if merchants offered discounts for it.

While speaking on technical level, bitcoin is already an international currency. You can send and receive bitcoin from any corner of the world. Now while speaking on practical basis, we have yet to reach that milestone. When everyone (or say most of the people) will use bitcoin to transact on international level and skip the payment options that we use today, on that day we can safely say that bitcoin is an international currency. We must build awareness about bitcoin on our local level if we want bitcoin to reach new milestones.

But it's not considered yet as being a currency at all in many countries. There are some which agree to Bitcoin as being a currency (e.g. Switzerland), while there are some who want it out of their country. Bitcoin would change many things if it became a currency, but my question is.. What would happen if you would be paid in Bitcoin for example $900 a month and six months later Bitcoin falls from $750 to $200?

Probably we can't see bitcoin as international currency because none of the government would accept other currency as international all will want their own currency as international currency. May be it would be used world wide by almost 6to 80% if the population but it won't get international cucurrency status.

i think if the users of bitcoin will continuously increasing then they will put pressure on government and they will have no other option except to accept bitcoin as legal currency, and hope that then bitcoin will become an international currency of the world.

Bitcoin is already being used by a lit of people who are using the internet so however it can not be accepted as an official international curency because unlike other currency's it does not have a stable price and using Bitcoin is annoyme so we can not know where it comes from and where it goes which makes it used for bad things as well as used for good thing which is why some country's made it illegal

No, bitcoin was becoming global currencies now. The government won't open the door for bitcoin. And they choose for making own crypto which means it's becoming clear result for bitcoin wasn't getting permission from a government.
