CoinHoarder did you think about listening the group buy at bitfunder? Ukto would love to welcome you to bitfunder and it would be muuuch easier to pay dividends no fees for users to buy shares, or to get dividends

I think everyone's fine with it, it's easy for them to keep track of how much they paid in and how many shares they should have. So far I haven't messed up the numbers yet when it comes to share transfers and how much each person owns. I am doing things in a very transparent way, and a simple Excel worksheet can do wonders. When it comes time for me to pay dividends if any problems arise I will definitely look to using an exchange. But, for now we have everything planned out using open source software for dividend payments (sharebitcoins https://github.com/csjones/sharebitcoins). Cheers, Ch

ATTENTION INVESTORS:Important legal notice, you must reply to this thread in our forums to get paid: http://yourcoins.org/forums/index.php?threads/legal-notice.23/. If you do not like the terms, then I will refund your BTC back, or please seek someone to sell your shares to. This is only to cover my butt in case something happens that is out of my control. I hope you guys understand, I will soon be dealing with a lot of money and I can't be held liable for ANYTHING THAT IS OUT OF MY CONTROL. Thanks, Ch I read the terms and I agree but I have been having loading issues with that damn forum (painfully slow). It happens almost every time I want to log in.

Hmm, loads super fast here and no one else has reported speed issues so likely on your end. If you're outside of the US/EU that could be why, otherwise probably an ISP issue...

But, for now we have everything planned out using open source software for dividend payments (sharebitcoins https://github.com/csjones/sharebitcoins). Cheers, Ch Hey CoinHoarder, That works great. The added benefit of the exchange, is that investors can now choose to sell their shares at a higher price if they want, or even buy more. They also have a publicly maintained listing proving their ownership should the need come. It would also make it easier for you in the future to handle dividend payouts as all you have to do is either enter the total amount to be paid, or the amount per share and the system will handle all the number crunching for you. In your case I would be happy to waive the listing fee, so there would be no cost to you or your shareholders. Listing on an exchange has shown to near instantly increase share value. You can see that Candoo's avalon batch has nearly doubled in value. https://bitfunder.com/asset/Cado.AvalonB3I would hope this would be an easily recognized benefit equally for all shareholders in their best interests. Feel free to pm me if you would like to discuss it more. Thank You, Ukyo / Jon Montroll BitFunder

Hi, my apologies.
I haven't checked this thread in a while, I'm mainly just visiting our forums now that we have our own place.
I must say I like this Bitfunder idea, and I appreciate the personal invitation Ukyo.
I will bring this up to the group and see their opinion on it in the near future, it seems like Avalon won't be shipping until later this month, so there is still time to figure something like this out.
Thanks again,
Ch

Sounds good, let me know. Also keep in mind that the suspense of when the Avalon's come in help to get the value moving too.

ATTENTION INVESTORS:The forums seem to be down. I will try to get a hold of Relm9 to see what's up. In the meantime, I would like to discuss here the possibility of moving the asset management over to BitFunder. If we are to move onto BitFunder, I would like to do so before the Avalons arrive. It would make it much easier to make share transfers and dividend payments for both parties, you and me. It would also allow me to focus more of my time into making sure the Avalons are running 24x7, with as little downtime as possible, and allow me to work on other projects around the Cryptocoin community. Ukyo said he would waive the 5 BTC listing fee for us ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=157930.msg1995819#msg1995819) and personally invited us over. It seems there is only a small fee for share transfers, and dividend payments/withrawls would not have any fees (other than normal Bitcoin network transaction fees I assume.) Learn more about the exchange here: https://bitfunder.com/helpI already have a couple people that have said they wouldn't mind moving on to BitFunder, but I'd like to here from everyone else. Thanks, Ch

Thanks, Ch I am not eager to involve another party into this, I am not familiar with bitfunder and would rather not increase the risk, or would rather not have to trust another party... I am not too concerned about the fee, but would be interested in hearing what type of fees would be associated with this... (this is all based on my lack of understanding of bitfunder)... do they become in control of any BTC during this process? or is it merely information regarding trades/shares/etc? At the moment, my vote would be no thanks, but am curious to hear other thoughts.

I'm new to this groupbuy just bought shares from oaxaca The high bidder has backed out. In this unusual circumstance, I will accept the first posting here at the price of 2.11 as a replacement.
I'll take them 5@2.11 = 10.55 payment send I'm fine with Bitfunder. Also a german avalon groupbuy I own shares is listet there security: they support 2-factor auth BTC have to be transfered via https://weexchange.co/its a bit complicated but also a security benefit

anybody willing to sell one share? CoinHoarder and I keep cross posting in each other's Avalon threads. I have a multi winner auction for shares in an Avalon Batch #2. A link to the auction is in my signature today. Please feel free to bid.

At the moment, my vote would be no thanks, but am curious to hear other thoughts. Hi ibminer, There are no fees to transfer BTC in or out of BitFunder, or to directly send shares between accounts. Currently the only fees on the site are if you sell your shares on the market, and that rate is depending on how much trading you have done in the last 60 days. The only other fee currently on the site is if you do options trading. BitFunder uses WeExchange to secure it's BTC, and once used to it, most people have become where they like the added security benefit. WeExchange does not require ID Verification if you only handle BTC. BitFunder also has a public asset list, that is a live 24/7 list of what BTC address (provided by users at signup) hold how many shares. This way people always have proof of how many shares they currently hold. I hope this helps
