Bitcoin will still be the only solid coin. I can't imagine this market without bitcoin. I mean, there might be better coins in the future but still, bitcoin will remain strong.

I think it would be more appropriate if bitcoin had many competitors in the market but they would never be able to beat bitcoin and end up being subordinate to bitcoin.

So many Bitcoin users are hoping that BTC will reach the same level as the fiat currencies like USD while a lot of alt bagholders believe they will surpass bitcoin. But the likelyhood of that happening is very small.

All those FUDsters that where saying year ago how Bitcoin would fail because another currency would take over get proven wrong year after year. The more time Bticoin is alive, the stronger it gets and the bigger the network effect. Sorry but there will not be a Bitcoin 2.0. Bitcoin will go to 100k+ per coin in the next 5 to 10 years, it will absorb all the value researched in the field if not directly through protocol improvements then through sidechains.

Bitcoin will remain the only solid coin. The only coin that survived for the longest time (other coins can't claim this unless they invent a time machine).
There will be alts that pump really hard and make people millionaires, but no alt is going to surpass Bitcoin's strength and solidity. No coin will get a bigger marketcap. In the long term people holding 21+ BTC will be rewarded by history with rich-tier status for seeing the value in it before most people did. Do not let the FUDsters trick your mind or the trolls try to derrail the excellent job being done by Core devs.

Let's continue then our path towards inevitable triumph.

It is significant that had for 10 years of bitcoins existence nobody could not proceed in developing a cryptocurrency that would replace it totally. There is some currencies which can have better aspect but it doesn't matter.

Yes! I am one of those rooting for the Bitcoin. There is no way the Bitcoin can have a competition because its price value is way beyond the others and it has been around for a very long time. proper now yes Bitcoin does now not have any opposition, but near future, i consider altcoin inclusive of Ether, Neo, Eos can deliver bitcoin tough time, as they swiftly enhancing their tech and transaction, however, ETH can without problems take over bitcoin if they're on proper path few years.

Is a unique thing because when market drop, bitcoin is increasingly influential and strengthened (marketcap that reaches more than 53%), whereas when the price of bitcoin is more than $ 12k, marketcap is no more than 33%, this shows that bitcoin has no competitors.

I think now bitcoin has loss his prosperity. As now the price of bitcoin is low. It prove that bitcoin is lossing its power. And it is now showing that bitcoin has no competetor, though bitcoin is lossing its price.

it is real that no altcoin can overtake the cost of bitcoin, although in a few terms of generation which altcoin it has extra capabilities that is more extra than bitcoin, due to the fact there are a few altcoin selling a goods like debit card which bitcoin can't do, and due to this things altcoin is helping bitcoin to sell it as properly, though it could no longer growth like the fee of bitcoin has it now

I do think so. Bitcoin will be the best amongst all the coins. There might be some good coins in the future but not as good as Bitcoin is.

Yes the bitcoin still not have any competition he having a market in his self and now a days condition is very critical but the expert's and old user are still very hopefully and suggest to retain with it so bitcoin atill promising and no competition.

I guess there are competitions already in the market though for now these coins are relying on bitcoin market price adjustments but maybe in the near future there will be some competitions that will going to happen especially now that the bitcoin has undergone some tough market price adjustments and fall down. Well going to hope that for 2018 cryptocurrency will regain its market price or be able to surpass 2017 market price for bitcoin.

Yes for now there is no competition against Bitcoin but this can happen in years to come whereby we could see another altcoin that will stand the test to compete.

Looking at the difference Bitcoin has given the other coins in the market properties, one can conclude that Bitcoin has no tight competitor in terms of market cap and volume. Bitcoin has gained the trust of the people more than any other coin.

Bitcoin is the most popular but there is still competition, however it's clearly evident that bitcoin is dominating them all.
Hence, we have to be careful in investing altcoins because they would not move well if bitcoin will not be performing well, altcoins depend on bitcoin.

Though bitcoin is the first and most popular cryptocurrency in the market and still remaining its dominance, it doesn’t mean that it has no competition at all. In fact there are a lot of cryptocurrency, new and old, popping in the market today.

yes I agree, bitcoin is the best coin and no one can compete with bitcoin, even though many other coins are getting stronger but still cannot replace the position of bitcoin, bitcoin is the king of crypto currency

Bitcoin is the strongest cryptocurrency since it was running in this world and i am sure that no one other cryptp can beat it, and i think bitcoin will always be the King of crypto as long as a lot of people all over the world is buying a lot of bitcoin.

While the idea of bitcoin getting to 100k sounds ludicrous, bitcoin does have competition and they are in the offing....... other coins that can build their own blockchain or correctly their own ledger will have the tendency of trading independently of the bitcoin ledger. Once they can establish the  fact that they are here for business, boom becomes the way they go...
