The ICONOMI.INDEX fund will be open to everyone, while the ICONOMI.PERFORMANCE fund will be by invitation only. However, ICONOMI ICO participants will be invited to the ICONOMI.PERFORMANCE fund.

  If I only invest a small amount in the ICO and wish to add more at some other time, will I be able to add more to a CMF, or will I only be able to invest the original ico amount?

There won't be any limit of how much to invest into ICO compared to how much anyone will be able to invest into ICONOMI.PERFORMANCE.

But if it turns out that too many investments wants to be invested into ICONOMI.PERFORMANCE (It will be limited with a reason. Because there will be limited investment opportunities for that fund) then we'll just have to prioritise it somehow. Then the ones with more investment into ICO should have slightly higher priority.

Value of all the currencies will be determined on the last day of ICO. Shapeshift currencies will be converted to BTC and therefore their value will be based on value of BTC.
Same goes for EUR and USD as well.

Will you come up with details, like value based on last day average or snapshot of last minute, based on which exchange etc? I'd strongly recommend to make that very clear now, otherwise there may be a shitstorm, depending on the last minute market movements.

Blog post about that will be published soon with clear picture of that. We are still discussing how to avoid sudden market moves. One of scenarious now it to have last day daily average on multiple exchanges. That is something that would avoid exact second pumping by someone.

I think free giveaway in most cases of coins can results in dumping of coins price dramatically.

Because miner never sell coins at lower price as he already spend there for coin generation. In most scenario free give always cause problem for dev as well as escrow services due to decrease in price rate.

It is obvious no doubt, but ICO are not free giveaways i think, Everyone had already bought some share, coins, token so first of all its not a giveaway. And yes they dump the coin when they saw a little bit profit. Thats why it os said that ICO are not good for a long term coins, because they will automatically leads to the death of coins.

It seems like the big fuzz over this coin is that Max Kordek holds one of the escrow keys. It really doesn't provide any unique functionality like other coins, other than to make people who don't care about Crypto more money. I mean, it is what it is, but it's just not as exciting as other coins. Would this coin reach its goal of 2,000 BTC if Max Kordek wasn't part of the escrow team.

Probably Max himself will invest in this project too. I think they make the 2000btc threshold because they are confident that they can achieve it.

There is quite some buzz around Max. But this is not a coin only. Please do open whitepapers. Even if you only scan them.

I like this, but I find the entire thing a little confusing.  The thing that happens with me when I am confused about a new service/coin, is that I either use the service and miss out on the full functionality or I lose money, bot because it was a scam or anything, but because I was not fully conversant in the tech.

If 1000 BTC will not be collected at end of first week is highly unlikely this ICO will happen.

Like other ICOs there will be a rush of investments before it ends. Usually in the last 2 days.

No, never on nasdaq or dow cause it is crypto currency, maybe bittrex will be easy, but polo will be tough

I hope it is ok to send from exchanges because thats how i did it.  I don't think it will even be an issue since it looks like it will smash through the 2k btc threshold. 

I'm sure they can incorporate a currency wallet check onto our ico homepage if necessary.

My concerns were more about how to collect the tokens afterwards. Some projects use your Privkey for it. Now, in this case I wouldn't expect it to be that way, since there are multiple ways to invest, but just to make sure, I'd like to hear/read a statement, ideally with an explanation of how the tokens will be distributed afterwards(someone mentioned Ethereum Mist wallet).

ICONOMI experiencing tottaly defarent environment based on investment. And to be honest they deserve that.
Before starting the ICO they were able to convice lots of investor about ICONOMI promising future.

I think soon the 2000 btc threshold will become piece of history for ICONOMI!

I'm not understanding this fully. If we buy Iconomi tokens what dividends are we then entitled to?
Does this include profits from the investment funds? What about profits from the exchange?
