Who can release the funds? IE is it one or two people. The only guy on there I trust is max.

Yes. There are 4 different individuals. Tim Mitja Zagar holds one key for Ethereum and Bitcoin.

Escrow for Bitcoin and Ethereum works same way. Both are 2/3 multisg. That means that 2 people need to sign transaction in order to move funds. We (Tim Mitja) can not move Bitcoins or Ethereum without third party escrow partner.

Lisk is different, as Max is the only having LSK under control.

We will receive no BTC or ETH or LSK before we actually issue and distribute ICN tokens. We'll do that after ICO ends.

If we don't release ICN tokens as promised, then escrow partners will return funds to all the participants in full. We can not influence that, their trust is at stake.

With this system we wanted to make it as transparent and safe for investors as possible to invest.

So can I ask how you will value LISK, is it at the time invested calculated to the price of bitcoin or is it at the end of the sale calculated to bitcoin? You have got my attention.

We will value all the currencies on the last day of ICO. It is the same way Augur did (they were accepting ETH and BTC) and we'll do the same.

Maybe I missed it somehow, but how exactly are we going to receive the funds? I guess we don't have to be in control of the priv keys of whatever we send in, but I think you'll have a wallet to download and we create an address, which our funds will be deposited to, right? If yes, what will be the main platform? Is it going to be on Linux/windows/Mac OSX? Or online wallet?

It will work on ETH platform so you will need an ETH wallet like Mist or any other to receive coins after ICO finish.
You need to be registered and logged in when you send the founds from your BTC address. So till ICO finish that account is your key.

I am a little confused. So you mean registered and logged in to the ETH wallet, right? I am not sure why it is involved the BTC address. Shouldn't be I get ICN after ICO then is deposited to the ETH wallet?

If you purchase ICN with BTC then your BTC address is involved, pretty simple.

I asked the same question and it was answered. You can find it just a few posts back. The value of LISK will be determined on the last day of the ICO. I have to assume ETH will be the same process.

Everything will be converted to EUR based on market price on the last day and after that we will get final numbers (they won't be selling LSK, ETH, ... just probably use average selling price).

I asked the same question and it was answered. You can find it just a few posts back. The value of LISK will be determined on the last day of the ICO. I have to assume ETH will be the same process.

Value of all the currencies will be determined on the last day of ICO. Shapeshift currencies will be converted to BTC and therefore their value will be based on value of BTC.
Same goes for EUR and USD as well.

I do appreciate the effort and job well done of the likes of Scam busters, but not all anonymous developers are scammers, this was said of NXT project but what I heard was that He was trying to use the Satoshi anonymous marketing strategy that work well for Bitcoin, but what they don't understand now is that It won't work again, since we now have so many ICO scammers out for gullible and lazy investors because they can research the project they want to invest their Bitcoin into with due diligence
