You are very wrong, current price at Liqui  is: $0.25 and I dont care what's the current price at Kraken since I can't use that exchange so its like it doesn't exist to me, I can only use as a valid reference Liqui's prices as seen on the site: http://coinmarketcap.com/assets/iconomi/#markets

But anyways I am not paying much attention to exchanges prices, $0.25 is my offer for all 1,5 Million ICN's, each ICN, if you try to dump 1.5 Million ICN to the exchanges to get your BTC's the price would come crashing down and at the end you wouldn't get a good deal, I am offering a fixed 25 cents per ICN for a total of 1.5 Million ICN's its a good eal, take it or leave it.

Sure I can, assuming I get verified as Tier 1 successfully I would only be able to do a max $2,000 withdrawal, max $2,000 deposits per day, that's just too little for me for the volume I would be trying to move, plus there is no telling if Kraken would pull one of those SAR' (Suspicious Activity Reports) or what ever they internally call it and freeze my account until I perform a higher level verification which would effectively lock me away from my funds since I would be unable to  do .

So, using a VPN is possible, aside from having to deal from the hassle of max $2,000 per day and having to split my withdrawals in multiple $2,000 daily installments there would be that stress on my part that Kraken might MIGHT freeze my account at any time and I will just not risk it.
