Ok, Let say we merge AMC and VMC, who is going to run it?
Ken I was happy with you running things before. I still am. Tell us what resources you need, I'm sure we can work something out. We all want this to succeed. Well, first let get down to salary, I am not getting one now, but I would like to get one. What is the pay? Whenever AMC makes profit, you take the majority of it since you are the majority shareholder. This should provide significant revenue if your projections for the company are anywhere near accurate. Yes, I am very high on AMC, so I now would get the dividends on my shares, right? Just continue with your current plan, and you will make plenty of money. Even right now, with 434 GH/s mining capability, AMC is producing over 10 Bitcoins per day, correct? How many shares do you currently own out of the 40,000,000 released? Even if you only have a third of outstanding shares, you earn over $300 a day at this rate just sitting around. Once you get everything going with the hardware you will earn alot more as long as you have shares. You would be receiving dividends yes. I own very little of the 40,000,000 shares released, only some that I bought because I has 7 BTC floating around and then I bought some this last weekend to support the price, this was in my private account. Somewhere south of 50,000 shares. In any case, by 2014 you will own 60,000,000 shares out of 100,000,000. If you want to go ahead and pay yourself salary, by all means go ahead and do it and have it count as expenses to be deducted before dividends are paid out. But the main issue right now is that there is very little shareholder confidence as can be seen by the plummeting share price. Honestly, right now I have 0 shares of AMC but I have just withdrew my just-dice balance and sold out of ASICminer because I feel as though your presence and interaction as of late are very positive signs. I am just waiting for any news on the front of an AMC-VMC merger that would tip my hand, and I am sure hundreds of other people feel the exact same way. If you announced such a merge, the share price will surely rise and once again hit that .0025 you had put up earlier. At this point, you will again be receiving funding from us purchasing shares from you at your wall which will then fund the development of hardware by AMC.

Ken, if you know how much money you need from investors; then based on the current price of AMC and the percentage of shares AMC needs to pay for everything (including salaries, etc) , I think that should about do it, right? Then some reserved shared that wont be issued unless you need to raise more money.
I do not quite know what you are saying here, could you re-phrase it.

Also, How can you only have 50,000 some shares?
Who is in possession of the shares that comprise that 1.5 million share wall at .0025?

Sorry: 5 things: Calculate how much money AMC needs now Calculate how many shares is that based off the current value of AMC Add that to the number of shares currently releasd to shareholders. Add in the proper amount of AMC's private shares to pay for everything Keep a reserve of unpaid shares on the side that should only be issued when you need to raise more money.

He already did this, this was the 2 million shares at .0025. In order to attain his goal, he needs to provide good news to the point where investors feel confident enough to purchase back up to that wall again.

He purchased the shares as Ken, not AMC

I just came up with an idea to solve this problem.
I will create an VMC offering, then VMC will purchase AMC. There you have it that is the solution. Tell me what you think.

What would be required of current shareholders? How many shares issued to the public/ AMCVMC/Reserved? You dont need a reinvestment fund. fold that into all of VMC's shares.

How will VMC purchase AMC? Will it buy back all the shares of AMC? But if you did create a VMC offering, and then unite VMC with AMC under one roof, then yes this is exactly what we are all looking for. Again, it is just really important for current shareholders and potential investors like myself to see these two companies merged into one.

It depends on how you write it up. Also, will AMC shareholders have options for this new offering when/if the acquisition takes place?

Hi Ken, 1. I am a shareholder of AMC. But I advise others not to buy any AMC shares at 0.0025. 2. 0.0025*2m@BF and 0/0025*2m@BTCT. If those 4m shares are sold out as planned. You will have 10,000 BTC. What are you going to do with it. In real world, IPO usually come with detailed project feasibility report or something like that. You just threw a statement on 27th and placed 4m shares ask. We need justifications to convince us that our investment is indeed a sane one. 3. Merge will be a good idea. Otherwise share price will be always haunted by the suspicion of transmitting shareholder's interest to some individual.

The 10,000 BTC is needed for eASIC's NRE to create the Fast-Hash-One 28nm 16 GH/s chip.
