I'm staking since the new client is on but I only see 2 connections, minted about 25blocks now, are there only 2 more guys staking ?

2 connections are better than 0. Of course, the new code is very young...spread the word about B3. Begin to promote it to friends, users, known ppl...

But I am sure, if the ppl registered, that Chris cleaned up the code, they will see, that their buys are in safe haven.

Greetz
Steve

I have over 20 connection...

addnode=109.89.155.161
addnode=5.9.12.149
addnode=62.241.247.102
addnode=71.87.238.84
addnode=84.200.32.238
addnode=85.214.68.75
addnode=87.115.147.55

addnode=134.3.158.149
addnode=177.85.75.12
addnode=188.68.52.172

even though i have been excluded from all this ...

AND not informed of all the happenings of the system / updates - AND all our seednodes have NOT been hardcoded into the wallets ( as was also promised ) - AND not even given the time of day or proper recognition for the work that i have done ... i DID promise greedyjohn the seednodes - and he was the ONLY one to donate to them as well ...

so im taking a few days off from here for Christmas and spending time with family - then ill be back to look at the compilation of the new wallets and publish the seednode addresses here in the thread ...

it is no wonder that so much negativity is being thrown around in the thread already - when the whole 'soopy / droidz' fiasco is being repeated here with b3 ...

seriously guys - LEARN what the word TEAM means and LEARN how to work as a TEAM ... that includes you limxdev / whoever else you are ...

but it seems i am wasting my breath - AGAIN ...

i will fulfill my promise to greedyjohn - then pull back again ... it seems this coin will end up the same as all the other coins that you guys have touched before ...

but to all - have a happy Christmas and a great new year ... 2017 is going to be MASSIVE for ChainWorks Industries ( CWI ) and granite ( grn ) ...

@bumba - ill get back to you also after my rest ...

cheers guys and gals of crypto ...

Crysx,

limxdev is a very high skilled dev with a big reputation in the cryptoworld. He coded ERC and BSD with own developments and is involved in a lot of coins.

You should understand how a dev works: Someone gives him tasks and the dev made it for you! Nothing special and no Team Player needed from his side.

Greetz
Steve

wrong ...

when OUR infrastructure ( becoming one of the largest in crypto ) is requested and a DEAL is made with prerequisites being agreed upon AND arranged - team work IS the key to a successful development ...

this is NOT directed at limxdev in particular- it is directed at the flimsy methodology that has been NON-FUNCTIONING in the crypto scene for a very long time ...

so steve - i know who you are also ... and like limxdev - are a very respected member of the community with your involvement in many coins also ...

but you NEED to stand corrected when YOU have no idea of the meetings and deals that were made in the background ...

the infrastructure ( seednodes are part of which ) that i have personally been building and spending money and btc on for the last THREE YEARS is involved - and the deal is cut - then TEAMWORK is the ONLY thing that matters - not just developments ... of which ive experienced first hand with soopy greedyjohn and droidz ( drz ) ... where is that coin now? ... where is orangecoin? where is cyphercoin? ... want me to continue with the coins that have had the communities HANGING there because of the lack of TEAM workmanship? as well as interest from the devs side and greed also from the same? ...

lets look at dash? ethereum? decred? zec? ... teamwork much? ...

im not saying that those project are good or not or have anything else to bring to the table - except that TEAMWORK is what paves their way to project success ...

so with all due respect mate - comment not on things you know very little about ... in this case - the background dealings i have had with the devs and the investors of the coin ...

the failure here will be the same as everywhere else - lack of communication AND participation AND interest ... it wont be long that my words are realized - unless a damned good change happens here in a very big way ...

have a happy Christmas mate ... nice tree btw Wink ...

Hello,

the version B3 Coin V2 has two hardcoded seednodes and we can easy add more. This hardnodes are two big server from me. 120 GB Backbone ^^ It is not needed to add addnodes in the conf file. All my clients have more as 6 connection.

I think this update is the first step for a longterm project. I think teamwork is very important and every b3 member can work on the project B3.

Best Regards Christian and Merry Christmas @all
Yes, more seednodes can be added, while we wait for YOBIT to update their wallets.

well ...

hasnt christian and his testosterone driven prowess nullified this statement greedyjohn? ...

seeing that the seednodes and ALL the work that was put in on our side to to 'help' at our expense of course - been pushed aside - i think it says all ithas to about the man behind this coin AND the level of success it will reach ...

you know me greedyjohn - and you know i dont speak up unless i speak the TRUTH and that truth is a negative to my integrity ...

there will be no help from us - and any coins you have donated ( which have never come from the community anyway - which also states the condition of the health of the coin as well ) will be fully returned to you if you so wish ...

i WILL take a few days off now - and work on a number of projects that WILL be worth working on ...

pity you ( limxdev - christian ) have chosen to play big bad man ... remember - its not always the talent that gets you ahead - but that which is what the people want ...

watch us mate - and watch what we become in the next 12months ... because that is all you will be able to do now ...

i put this down here in txt for the world to see - so that i personally will be accountable - and proof - of my words ...

we have 25seednodes - which is about to grow to 52 AND becoming decentralized in the coming months in datacenters all around the world - which has the ability to drop dns when necessary ...

this is NOT about waving dicks in the air - to see whose is bigger - its about RESPECT given when help is ASKED and help is PROVIDED ... it is about communication to the people that ARE helping not IF you decide when and how they are helping christian ... i was ASKED with the promise that all will be done in good time ... you renegged on YOUR agreement ( yes - im saying YOUR agreement because it seem you and greedyjohn have now become buddies of sorts - and as you know it was greedyjohn that started the agreement in the first place ) ...

TEAMWORK is EVERYTHING in such a situation mate ... never ever mistake it ... you will learn this the hard way - as usual ...

'the ass you kick now WILL be the ass you will be kissing later on' ... thats the creed i work by and so show the RESPECT to this creed ... obviously you seem to know nothing about this creed ... and as such think that all is what it is because of your development skills and tenacity ... once again - time will show you the difficult way first ...

you may have my respect - but you now wont have my help ...

#crysx
It is not too late, the code can still be updated.

I have withdrawn my ticket from YOBIT, so we still have plenty of time to rectify/improve things

...

Hey crysx,

you are right...to become a big decentralize database, its of course important to add many nodes as possible.

I think, the most important part actually, is, to spread the word about B3. What do u think? You have opportunities there?
With incoming userbase, we all together can of course work on solutions to manage this huge community.

At the moment, the most important part is, to bring in new ppl in B3.

One of the best way to do that is to map businesses and ppl around the world and connect each other. E.g.: localcrypto.eu.org

Marketing marketing marketing.

Greetz
Steve

and Merry Christmas...

steve ...

i still retain the respect i have for you and all you have done ( europecoin and all that comes with it - if i remeber correctly ) - and you seem to be the one with a level head here ...

but i have seen all this before - and unfortunately - many times over by the SAME people ...

cwi ( and theteam included ) NOT a business that is to be toyed with nor made to work then dumped at the last minute ...

we are growing in ways that even christian and greedyjohn in all their wisdom - cannot fathom ...

our support is finished with b3 ... but not with josh ...

even though he is a student ( mathematics masters ) - he has not done ONE wrong turn against us - and informed us of all that had been happening ...

communication ... thats the key ...

when josh becomes an accomplished developer like christian - we will be happy to work with him and our infrastructure - as well as the tools and platform we are building - will be available to him also ...

this coin will not fail - is what greedyjohn wrote earlier ... ANY business fails IF they decide that they are better than the collective ...

im off for the night ( in australia here ) - and so will wish you a happy Christmas also ...

ill come back in a few days refreshed and ready to work once again ...

there is much to be done - and a TEAM i need to be a part of ...

tanx mate ...

So what is the swap procedure?  Importing the old wallet address privKeys doesn't work.

Have ~10k B3 V1 that need to be swapped into V2.

Limx DEV took a snapshot of the old B3 chain on 18/12/16.

if you had more than 12 B3 in any wallet  on 17/12/16 (even if it is YOBIT wallet = YOBIT will do their swap later), and if you did not move any coins between 17/12/16 and 18/12/16, then your address should be visible on the SANPSHOT LIST and you should be able to use privKeys to do the swap.

If you cannot use privKey, then copy your OLD B3 WALLET.DAT into your New B3 APPDATA.

Daffadile, you are right...but everything will calm down...

Because we all dont know each other...we also have a solution for everyone. You will see...in few weeks, if things are clear, everything will running smooth.

Actually we have a clean code, and B3 is working very well.

Address from the old chain are not in the snapshot file above. Copied the wallet over and nothing showed up there either.

For example, SadfeVszcowJrfP5sPm5zv61jeNsHAAVEi had >3000 B3.

Dev - need some help here. Old chain addresses with balances:

DEV took a snapshot of the chain RICHLIST on 18/12/16. The chain RICHLIST takes 6 - 24 hours to update. This means that coins have to be at an address by 17/12/16 to GUARANTEE that they are visible on chain RICHLIST by 18/12/16.

Where were your coins on 17/12/16, or at approximately around block 35500?

If you had your coins at an address on 17/12/16, and did not move them till after 18/12/16, then you will be able to swap the coins from the addresses that they were at on the 17/12/16
