Knowing who owns an address is usually a guess, but there's not really a reason to send coins to another address.  Especially such a large chunk, on a coin with such a high stake rate (consolidating such a big input would destroy coinage, when it would stake fine either way).
Besides that, cryptopia doesn't stake as far as I know- so addresses with only ins/outs.  There's other indicators too, just think of your own experiences and usage of exchange addresses.

It takes a veeeery long time. But the rewards are very big. Took me 5 days to get a stake, but got more than 100% in return.

So have patience. and of course, the lower your amount, the longer it will take
