I playing gambling with free money, so for me gambling is a game.

if others are putting their money on gambling, it includes investment and not just a game or for fun.
because obviously, they are risking their money.

It's just a game. As long as you are thinking that way you are fine, but when you start thinking it's a way to make money you are in big trouble.

gambling must have a couple of factors that are all necessary to be considered as gambling in first place:

1) high risk
2) unknown result, and with no way of predicting it either.
3) money is involved

if what you have in mind doesn't have one of these 3 then it is not gambling. for example trading is not gambling as long as you can predict the results (speculation) to some extent.

but in my mind, gambling is activity when money and games are involve and no matter what the games it is, as long as there is money, then its called gambling.

For me gambling is a game and somehow a way to entertain yourself. if you are lucky you can also earn from it but i dont expect too much, i only use the free btc given by the site to start gambling or sometimes i have extra money to play on. definition of gambling depends on players on how they look at it.

for me gambling is all the activities that I don't have edge in , for example most people here think that it's easy to make profit in sportsbetting but for me betting on sports has always been a pure gambling cause I'm not good with that and I'm still down on it

well by definition, investment is when you put a certain amount into something that someday would make you earn from that amount. technically gambling can do that for you when you get lucky enough to win. however, gambling is a game of chances. it puts your money in great risk and more likely than not, instead of seeing your money grow, you'd see it vanish. one can argue that it's in a way the same with investing as you're not sure of your investment will have a profitable return, but the odds of you losing money in gambling is too big in comparison

I think you have confused with gambling and investment because many gambling houses are giving an opportunity for investors to invest and make a profit when they make a profit. But it doesn't mean that investors are gambling, they are high-risk takers to grow their money. Yes, gambling is not an investment, Gambling is spending money for your entertainment and fun. I will keep some coins every month to play gambling, In that if I make profit I will use it for my personal work. If I lose means I will stop playing that month. Simply I will not waste my money.
