Schedule

- ICO site accepts BTCD
 - 7 days after that BTCD snapshot happens & the swapping begins
 - Elections begin, and last 2 weeks
 - Elections are over, elected notary nodes will get ratified, KMD will be distributed

Most importantly, we should get at least 1 week notice before the snapshot.   Many people can only move a limited amount of crypto out of Poloniex per day, depending on verification levels, so please give us a week, as promised before the snapshot so we can get it done.  

If you want to allow swapping earlier or distribute KMD early, I suppose wouldn't be downsides, but the advance notice for the snapshot is important.  Thank you.

It seems that the plan only change in term that the swapping will start automatically with the first day the Komodo ICO site accept BTCD deposits. And the BTCD snapshot will happen in the planned timeframe.

That´s right. If you buy @current rate you have more bonus.

Swap is finish after 1 full year. Only for the snapshot (for get Revenue Assets Bonus on top) you need to hold BTCD in a address under your control OR deposit your coins into your personal account at the Komodo ICO site UNTIL snapshot – at a specific block – is happen (7 days after Komodo ICO site accepts* BTCD deposits).

Yes that's what I said above, and I broke down the numbers. If you buy BTCD now, you will receive (after the swap) twice as much KMD per BTC spent than you would have received at the end of the ICO in November.

Yesterday we found one bug, and now we are fixing it. We will announce the schedule as soon as it is fixed and no further bugs are found in testing.

This is easy to answer: one coin - Komodo

BitcoinDark was a project jl777 joined midway, so he did not start it.

SuperNET is not a coin, and neither are the reference applications we are developing on top of our platform.

unless you count the 32 pax coins as 32 coins and the 10 assetchains, then the total goes up a bit. komodod can spawn a new coin from the command line, so in a sense I  have created an unlimited number of coins.

this is to solve the scalability issue by using existing infrastructure. if you need 100x capacity, just make 100 chains

So why doesn't  the market pick up those BTCD at half price? I haven't got any liquidity left or else I would. Why does nobody else pick up the arbitrage?
Is it that the market does not trust this project after all? Is the market stupid?

1) There's no launch date announced yet
2) No Komodo GUI wallet is released yet (expect Iguana multiwallet alpha versions)
3) BTCD swap has not begun

Those things will happen very quickly, and we got a solid roadmap with a platform we have been developing for 2 years. The machine is ready, we just need to connect some wires.

over 50BTC was purchased at the firesale prices, so it does seem the market picked it up. Now it is relatively low volume left as 8 BTC pushes the price to 4500 sats and 60 BTC would push it to 5500 sats.

So it seems the large investors dont bother with small amounts, but wait for the large amounts.
