Also, the core team will make an announcement in 4 days during the Stockholm Conference. Someone must know what is coming because that seems to have pushed the price upwards.

Btcd can be swapped until end of the year for kmd.  Also people try to capitalize on the arbitrage between the 2 markets

I think kmd is still on the raise in terms of valuation. In terms of technology it's already superior. I posted a steem article last night

There is no doubt this coin will continue to rise until the announcement Friday.  It will be interesting to see how long it can hold the top volume position on Bittrex!
