Komodo platform has been steady for the past four months. It is a good indication it will be a platform for a long haul. A good alternative to ethereum.

bitshares is a proxy token based DEX, when you trade on it you dont actually trade the coins, just a token that represents the coin. Who guarantees that the token will be able to be traded for the real one? Even if they use automated multisig like our MGW did years ago, it is still nowhere are reliable as atomic swapping the actual coin. The DEX being built by BLOCK appears to be the closest to what barterDEX is. From what I have seen the ordermatch system is different and they also dont support electrum servers like barterDEX does. The upcoming dICO will be a first mass usage usecase for a native coin DEX.

I have no idea what you are trying to say? 1) No Agawa - I presume you mean no agama? You can get it here : https://artifacts.supernet.org/latest/2) No Komodo? Komodo was released some time ago and is currently traded on Bittrex and has been for around 9 months.

some good news !!! Just wanted to say that SuperNET just purchased about 4000 GBYTE and will be a long term hodler of byteball.
Also, if anybody is interested in swapping GBYTE for IOTA, PM me.
Nice to know, I hope that will help Byteball in the future to rise again like it did a few months ago, the last weeks were really hard for GBYTE holders.

I doubt its alternative to ethereum. Ethereum has larger purpose.

These preparation for MNZ ICO is somehow confusing. Usually when there is going to be ICO it is advertised actively everywhere [every possible channels every week or so] for 1-3 months or longer. Meaning social media, newspapers, websites and so on. And I do not see much advertiesments for these except some accidental twitter channel...

I doubt its alternative to ethereum. Ethereum has larger purpose. ETH is a generalized computing, so it can run any (theoretically) smart contract. To date, it seems only the ICO is the real world use case for ETH that is being actively used. KMD makes dICO. If you are familiar with the concept of dedicated firmware devices, maybe you can understand the purpose of KMD. Given any generally computable application, it is possible to put it into firmware device, the only issue could be lack of CPU power in the firmware device. Here, it is upside down. A dedicated blockchain for a specific dApp will have orders of magnitude more processing power available, think ASIC mining vs CPU mining. So, we will watch what useful dapps ETH ecosystem creates and then make a dedicated solution that does only that, no need to sync to a 1 Terabyte blockchain, no need to link all dapps every created to a single centralized blockchain. decentralize everything

You can buy the MNZ ICO with KMD, where you will get a bonus over paying with BTC. Here is a thread regarding it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2229089.0

Looks like centralized exchanges have gone too far. Which current DEXs support the most coins and doesn't require to download whole blockchains of each coin you want to trade? Also anonymity is kinda essential here, because you don't want to be responsible for anyones dirt while trading coins.

We have a huge huge opportunity with barterDEX now.If all works correctly can be the new Poloniex.Decentralized exchanges are the next step in crypto and being the first is very important.HODL
