I don't think at the present price, more people are going to be interested in the project, since the recent ICO has proven it is not always necessary to participate in ICO if you can get it below the ICO price when listed on exchanges

The primary goal was to reach 1 million in order for the project to get enough to be viable.   So it is already a go.   5 million is more of the upper limit.

It seems the angel round pre ico price is too cheap, so whales invested in early phase, but now they dont invest because the price is much higher than pre ico price.

I don't mind receiving my Incent longer than expected. I am hoping they can seal any deals with some of their targeted markets. That way I am confident of a more valuable Incent.

From what I understand, there is no such thing as "unsold tokens." There is no set amount of tokens. The amount of tokens created will be based on the total amount of money raised. (So if the ICO ended today, there would be a set amount of 36.16k tokens.) The number keeps rising as more money is raised along the way. Whatever the final number of tokens is at the end of this month will be the total number of tokens created.

I'm sure the team can/will confirm this officially, but that is my understanding.
