The 23 million 'pre-mine' is held in reserve to enable fast payments to customers. It will go up and down a bit as we do that, but will essentially stay the same over time as it will be refilled from market.
The problem is that customers pay merchants with fiat, which takes a while to wend its way to us, but customers need to be paid Incent instantly. So we need a reserve to ensure we can do that.

bitshares is not enough and it is better to put at bittrex, c-cex or other exchanges.

Why we need this? You will be able to trade INCNT tokens on the coming Waves exchange. As I understand the idea of Sasha is to compete with major centralized exchanges, so we do not need any listings on centralized ones but to wait until Waves exchange will function properly. I'm just holding and do not care about the exchanges.

I have problems joining the slack. I joined the slack team but when I want to open it I get the message "Reload required" "Slack has encountered a problem and needs to reload." It then reloads and shows the same message again.

Tidex didn't provide us with a timeline. It's ready when it's ready but shouldn't take too long.

The architecture of Incent requires some exchanges since we will buy Incent from the open market to satisfy merchant demand. With OL, Waves DEX and Tidex this is lining up nicely

We could. But this would undermine our entire business and a key point of attraction for merchants. Thus it would be counterproductive.
Please take just a few minutes to read up on how Incent works and why we have a reserve before you throw out this kind of comment. We've covered this issue before in some detail.

Thanks KarlKarlsson_ for answering Yeah i hope so , at least we can trading in tidex I think the sooner the better , while waiting incent to get bittrex , I am quite liked tidex exchange which their design is similiar as another exchange and easy to use for sure

The volume of PASC is 27,750BTC while ETH is 3,465BTC, I don't think that a new coin like this can have such value and seems that all traders have move their coins to poloniex and especially to PASC.

There may be a team behind this pump to make people think that this coin worth investing and I'm afraid a big crash will happen soon.

While I believe the features and development of a project is the most important thing to value I also wonder why Incent remains in Open Ledger. I believe they can easily be listed on some good exchangers like Liqui. As what I see there, Liqui is a good start on hot coins like Golem, Wings, vDice, ICONOMI and other well supported projects. The volume there is also high.

INCNT will be on TIDEX.com shortly - given time, this exchange has great promise esp for WAVES related tokens/assets

There's a Deposit/Withdrawal section on Openledger. There you choose "Transfer Service" -> Openledger (Open.X) and for "Please select the coin you would like to deposit: " you choose INCNT. Then you get an adress you can send INCNT tokens to.
When I remember right you need some Waves in order to transfer Incent tokens from the Waves client. And again when I remember right you need some Bitshares to sell Incent on Openledger.
