Just wanna share my 1st experience in betcoin that I have never experienced before.
Today I could not login, after asking support I got an answer that my account is marked as bringing excessive traffic to the server and my account is like being temporary banned for 3 hours.
I'm not pretty sure why my account is marked like this but maybe because I played 2-3 slot games at the same time.
In the past I used to play with like 5-10 games at the same time when I participated in the most casino bets vontest and there was no problem like this.
Is there any new rule for this that I break and lead into temporary banned (3 hours) for my account?

Yes, we certainly apologize for any inconvenience but the excessive traffic to the server caused the issue.  We do see you are logged in and immediately playing today.  There were numerous players competing in the promotion that were also hitting the servers during a very busy overall betting time period which caused some issues.  It's not a new rule but it is a traffic filtering system that has always been present but the traffic from all of the promotions and the very busy sports day.  

Regarding your comment about the past, the overall traffic was not at this level even though your individual traffic may have been higher.  The traffic and play has increased substantially at Betcoin and we are extremely happy about that and adding support as we continue to grow.  Thank you very much and good luck!

Tried to read everything I found on your site about PBR redemption requirements but I still couldn't figure out what id needed to be able to turn them into cryptocurrency : I used mine to place some bets but when I try to redeem them I receive this pop up "An unknown error occurred!".

For the time being, this is being done manually, so we can review the transactions and make sure that everything is working properly. Is there something I do not really understand here or am I missing something here so I can only see betsoft games under the social mode games?
I can see some other providers under the "New Releases" but all the games cant be opened as it gives me 500 Error message.

Not better than the first round, the last round I won less reward because there are some people who were lucky enough in the ROI Casino contest with more than 1000x.
I'm giving up with the social contest, too many error when I play betsoft games (network error) while I do not get the same error while playing with real money.
However I also have to report that I also experienced error with pragmatic and 1spin4win with real money when I was participating in the last contest.
1spin4win gave "not enough balance" so many times and pragmatic give similar error but I cant really remember the exact error message.
The only smooth games without error is games from endorphina.

Same here, those black blank screen with a network error is happening on basically all betsoft game I try to play on social mode and when it happens that specific slot is unavailable for good ( some of them for weeks now, but I can still access them with real money). If this pattern keeps going in a few days  I will be restricted in more Betsoft slot than not ( social mode only).
