It has a premium look now with a better UI. BTW, kindly update the license validator link on your website. There is only logo of the 'Gaming Curacao N.V.' without any verification link.

Hello, Playbetr is undergoing a revamp and all players will be directed to Betcoin, moving forward. The new Betcoin site in in the very early stages, with many fixes and improvements in the works!

I have to agree that the new site looks cool but it seems that it is not that smooth to access because it is still in the very early stages.
What I notice that need to be fixed in the new site is about the display for the Status Points, as it is shown in DMBTC which makes me shock when I saw it as I thought that I have 15k DMBTC while in fact it is Status Points.
So maybe you can remove the DMBTC behind the status points in the next update.

Several months ago I opened an account on your website and also on your sister website Playbetr.com.

Both of my accounts got locked, Playbetr.com accused me of "cheating" their sportsbook etc., and stopped answering.
You also did the same with your website, but with no explanation at all (when I tried to log in, it was just loop all the time, could not get in.)

Recently I saw your new website, tried to log in and i did it now, but my balance at Betcoin.ag is now 0.

When I tried to talk on live chat, they told me to send an email, which I did more then 24 hours ago, never got any answer.

I already gave up on my money (I even got told by Playbetr.com that they took my balance cause the cost of sotfware they used to "prove" that I "cheated" was bigger then my balance, thats why they took it all, LOL LOL). Never got any proofs of that ofc and got scammed.

Hopefully, this might be a chance to release at least my deposits on both sites (as now you are one site, as far as i can see) so can we make some solution out of this really shady experience that I had with your sites?

The new Betcoin site is a work in process, which is why you may have thought you were logged in, but you would not have been able to see a dashboard, deposit or play any games. A casino team won't post the evidence in a public forum for security reason. You have to submit a complaint on a mediator.
