You can purchase GOLD/PBR packages without contacting support. Redemptions to crypto still require support contact, but for established players this usually takes under 15 minutes. Players who have purchased a GOLD/PBR package and played through it at least once are able to redeem a minimum of 50 PBR. So.. 15 minutes and $50 minimum. Still as good or better than most poker sites.

On a serious note, I am also surprised by this. Being such an old and one of the good gambling site, there should be active Betcoin users discussing here too. Maybe their signature campaign participants need to start a healthy discussion here, maybe sharing their experiences and wins on the site.

Yeah, I organised a couple of forum-specific poker events. One that I am particularly proud of is  Bitcointalk Special Heads-Up Poker Championship 2025, It was a 4-day long event.
I have a very special relationship with Betcoin.ag as I am the one who won  Betcoin $5,000 Poker Freeroll - Tiffany&Co Championship Bracelet, which was my first poker bracelet.   
I am sure Betcoin.ag is planning something huge and interesting for the poker community soon.

Not having any complaints against a service is great. But people do not use an announcement thread just to complain. There are a lot more other options, such as discussing how the casino is doing. As I can see, the casino representative is pretty much active and they have a running signature campaign. I know that commenting on a thread of a brand that you promote is not mandatory, but when you promote a business, you should check their announcement thread often and sometimes comment so the thread gets bumped.
