Assuming your account is closed due to a long period of inactivity, depending on how long ago that occurred, there are 2 things that could be done to reopen it, if it can indeed be reopened. We tried the most basic solution, but it appears that didn't work. This is also assuming we have correctly guessed which Betcoin account belongs to you. Not to worry, it is not just you! When PBR was first introduced it was valued at less than 1/100 of it's current price, therefore we needed to adjust the PBR accordingly and you will see in surprise boxes and in the exchange this has already been adjusted.
