ROI contest is good since the chance to win in the contest is not based on how much our starting bankroll but it is about strategy on how to get big ROI.

2495% ROI mean he won the bet with odds 24.95x right? because as far as I understand if you bet $1 and win $10 then your ROI is 1000%
To beat him you need to win the parlay with odds 25x  not something impossible in my opinion
