Without substantial evidence this user’s words should be taken with a grain of salt – he wrote the same thing here.

It’s strange that he had the same experience in two different sites that he used to place his bets. If it was just one of them it would have been more believable but for two different ones, nah! I’m calling him a bluff.

I just skimmed through the first page of his post history and it looks like calling businesses scam is what he does here – 99% of his posts in page 1 are all accusing different sites of being fraudulent.

He has just woke up from almost 4 years of inactivity then directly accused 2 different bookies as scam.
I have no idea what is his main problem, if it is just about login issue, it can be resolved quickly by contacting support.
Login issue may happen because of several reasons, it can be because our own mistake or it can be an error in the system.
Accusing a site as scam just because login issue without trying to contact support first is questionable.

We have no idea who this player is, but if an account was suspended, there is indisputable proof of abuse. Upon review of his BitcoinTalk activity, he has multiple posts about illegal sportsbook activity (buying accounts and false identification).  As always, legitimate players can play freely, without issue.

Base on his post history he also do that claims on other casino so maybe if he's not a total loser which take revenge when he lost he's bets then he maybe a total troll. For sure there's a lot of people here know already how this people work and can check what they have done base on their post history.

So I guess his accusation will be invalid since aside from no proof has been shown his activity make him not credible for his allegation.

Maybe if there's existing problem he can show something to us here and for sure people could verify the issue is true and might he will get an immediate help coming from Betcoin.ag representative since  they are also active in this thread.

Maybe some people would say that it will defeat the transparency of locking the thread, hell no, a user that was scammed can always make a scam accusation on a specific board, attached all the necessary document and the community will hear it.

I found something new last night when I visited betcoin, it is called by Social Poker.
Basically it is normal pvp poker game but it can be played with the social balance only (Gold and PBR).
Unfortunately there is still low number of players in the table, I played this social poker in a holdem table against 1 player only (SMG).
Since I do not have much PBR so I played the lowest stake only, but I lost against SMG although I have double my chips in the beginning.
I checked the tornament lobby, there are some upcoming tournament but there is only 1 player who is registered on these tournament till now.
Anyway, will this poker game also available to played with real balance in the future?

Hello, yes we expect an official release of the poker to be available soon. Players will be able to redeem crypto (and other options) for PBR and GOLD coins to play poker and vice versa. Coming very soon!

There are a lot of this newbies who are doing accusation on ANN thread of other casinos and not just only here. We don't know what is happening on the background but there might be someone paying someone to derail the reputation of casinos in this forum, it's just my speculation because there are a lot of non-sense accusation of newbies that are made poorly which made it unbelievable. Casino representative ignores those scam accusations, also forum members especially if it doesn't make any sense. Weak scam accusation doesn't have proofs or anything that can stand their claims, newbies who just want to mess up on someone casino are the one who are doing weak accusations.

Just normally happen when lots of competition happening and maybe either this is part of their ways to eliminate their competition but we can't confirm what's real intention so we can only guess that the guy is just trolling maybe so he can get the attention of people. And he's successful since he has been notice but not succeed to his plan to create some trouble on this thread.

Played on social casinos. Deposited with cryptos and bought PBR which is the currency to play on the social casino, I've won a good amount and when I tried to convert PBR to crypto I had an error message. Contacted support and said I have to claim at least 100 PBR soI kept playing until I reached it. When I contacted support again to convert PBR to crypto they said that they need 24 hours to convert the PBR all that while having my PBR in the account even after the request hoping that I lose it all.

I would not suggest to play on this site, they will make it so hard for you to get paid after you win. Very shady practices, would not recommend to play on this site.

As far as I know, there's no way that the thread creator can self moderate a thread after publishing it. I doubt that Betcoin will delete this thread for the sake of making it a self moderated thread.

Our thread is already self-moderated, however we do not delete accusations unless they become spam. If you look at the top of the thread, you will see that in the 7+ years we have had this thread, we have only needed to delete posts from 7 users and all of those were spam related. We take all serious accusations seriously.

I believe you are aware that it is hard to have active players in a poker game especially if there is no special thing that attract players to play.
