are you asking if the escrow is  sending out Ether to investors? No, the escrow does not have those permissions.

you have to take action and pick up your funds by initiating an Ethereum transaction to the refund contract.

Taking this opportunity to ask Inchain people which job is refundation to explain how it can be done in Parity. I already have information through email it can be done, but there is no manual on how you can watch the ICR token in Parity. I think we're missing JSON code. Communication is so slow, so hard, and I'm very frustrated with this ICO.

I did this method and received my refund with no issues

Is it fucking possible no one used Parity or Mist wallet in ICO? Frustrated here to the max, and seems like no one, even Inchain people can help. No I don't want to experiment with my wallet!

I used mist to buy them.. their instructions are missing a crucial step. To use myetherwallet which I did, open your keystore file for the account you used in mist to send the funds. Only then will myetherwallet show the tokens for this ico. Follow the steps thereafter to initiate the refund. Just creating a new account at myetherwallet does nothing, shows no tokens. Importing your keystore file (account) from mist into myetherwallet that you used, shows the tokens you bought, from there the instructions are straightforward.

Did you read the post above? YOU have to make the transaction yourself. It will not just be send there. So please go and claim your refund by followig the steps described above.
