I have some ideas. I saw this project, Chronobank. Man they are everywhere. It looks like they have strong management team so maybe you could recruit someone from there hehe. And since it is also DAO project and DAOs have from the past a bit bad conotation, i think it would be wise to think to take advantage of Wings platform since they are also DAO project (if they will make it). What do you think?

I think that the key point is an amount of investments we have.
Without enough of investments we can't deploy the token. It means we must decide where to move, reform Inchain concept and go forward.

Is that possible to launch the project with the current fund raising?if yes then dev should go for it without refunding the ico funds.
I think dev should ask to all investors what they want to do with their investment.low fund raising means higher chance to increase the coin price on exchange.

Okay dev.i think we should wait till the end.people are disappointed and flooded this thread before the decision come out.Do some post here,repost the important update,highlight some positive things of your project.every new visitor will lose interest to invest if they read the last few pages.There is no negative word from the investor but from the bounty hunters only.

If you invest in an ICO that fails and price falls to the depths of hell, would you ask the devs to pay you back at the price you invested? You take a risk wether it's by joining in on a campaign or investing in to the ICO.

Dont you know anything about employer/employee relationship? We BH have the right to ask our services to be paid even if it the project continues or not as we have done our job that is asked by the dev's.

Did you sign any contract with your so called employer as a BH? Did you accept any Terms and Conditions?
You said BH do their work to be paid. Yes, but payments are made in tokens. And you agreed to be paid in tokens before starting your work as a BH. BH do their work for tokens, not for money. Feel the difference? You invest your labor hours while other investors invest money. So BH are investors too and take all the risks involved with the project. If there are no tokens you shouldn't complain you haven't been paid.
Dev's don't ask you to do the job. They offer some reward (in their own tokens, not in USD or BTC) for a certain activity.

Gotta agree, there's too much potential ICO this 2 month. Golem, SingulardTV, Iconomi, Wings, Komodo, Vdice, First Blood. Usually the one which are builded on ETH Platform has better succeed rate

Golem and iconomi are the biggest ones, people now are not manic investing because there were many scams, like opair and declouds, so people invest much, finally find inchain is not the hot one, that is why inchain got dropped.

Dev confirmed before that they would not continue if the fund is fully raised, so he will surely get refund.
