A lot of people have been burnt by the Zcash hype madness, can you imagine someone buying at 33BTC/ZEC and the price is now down to 0.8BTC and this can only come down

33 is decent, you forget those 3000 btc per zcash, those people are insane now.

Did you see anybody on Poloniex buying 1ZEC for 33BTC during the Zcash madness/stupidity most of the orders were 0.001ZEC for BTC.

Yep I've read someone actually bought 3299 btc per ZEC, thats about 2Million USD. If for instance I get to commit such mistake, i will probably go and rob a bank after seeing the price moves down to 0.6btc.

in an instant he loses everything.

Before you may ask why we had not it before start: we had roadmap but later with your and escrow help we understood we need more frequently milestones, about 1-2 months and for now we are working on splitting our roadmap for it.

This is one reason, but another one case is: you will hardly get paid because current funding is too tough to achieve 1.75 million usd, the minimum limit, so this project may suspend if their fund is not enough

Wait is it? I Thought they paid base on how many weeks you are with them?

4) The whole bounty pool will be divided among the participants proportionally to the amount of their shares.
