I have received my eth refund. I noticed that today the refund address  0x27aDA6Ce30A2834Ef2Abb8590c77e9a407161981 , had some eth in balance.

I Followed these steps:

MyEtherWallet Step 2 - Add Custom Token

Click the "Add Custom Token" button and fill in the following information:

### Address: 0x27ada6ce30a2834ef2abb8590c77e9a407161981

### Token Symbol: ICR

### Decimals: 18

After a short period, you should see your refundable balance. Check http://www.ocolin.com/inchain.html to make sure that you claimed your discount. The discount can NOT be claimed after refund. Proceed to step 3.

Make sure that your "Account Balance" has at least a small amount of Ether. If empty, use shapeshift.io or other sources of funding to add a balance.

Proceed to claim the refund By filling in the "Send Transaction" form:

### To Address: where you want to receive your refund to.

### Amount to Send: Make sure to select ICR as token on the right side dropdown.
### Amount to Send: click "Send Entire Balance" - make sure the amount displayed is not 0.

### Gas Limit: make sure to select at least 100000 here

what is the meaning of the ICR? I still do not understand about the refund on eth. bitcoin even though, as I use excange that time to make a deposit. because I just sent 0.2eth and 0.03btc

- The refund contract will lock your account for 24 hours (lockTime), after this time, you will be able to withdraw using instructions here: http://tinyurl.com/hrptw5w

If you received an email about your refund address changed, but you never intended to change it:
- Use the instructions in the email to cancel the change. If you don't cancel before lockTime is over, probably someone will take your refund!!!

I attended to the ICO from my personal wallet.
At the third step of the instructions, I sent the ICR to the same address I used to participate to the ico.
It’s right?
Or I must create a new address?
At the moment, I can see in myetherwallet the ICR … and I don’t received my eth!

are you asking if the escrow is  sending out Ether to investors? No, the escrow does not have those permissions.

you have to take action and pick up your funds by initiating an Ethereum transaction to the refund contract.

Totally confused and getting little to no help from most responsible persons here. Confusing answers in short.
So I must ask here if anyone can tell whether the refund can be done using only the Parity wallet?
By the way way, my discount is not approved 4-5 days after filling the survey.
