Worst bitcoin decision you've ever made?

Worst decision I've made is to skip out of bit coin when it was back at the drawback when it was around the 300 price. I had a gut feeling it was going to recover and make higher gains. I just couldnt find the balls to actually buy in.

This is the common problem for every bitcoiner , here I myself when was in 2013 end then I didn't made any Investment or buy any amount of the bitcoin Because I thought that the price of the bitcoin is high and i will buy bulk bitcoin when it's price will go down but in actual it didn't happen , Instead of down it goes increasing and then I made buy and after the buy bitcoin , the price got fall down rapidly to 100$ of the main price .
So this was the my descion that made my start in the bitcoin in very bad way , at the last stage of my earnings I was thinking to leave the bitcoin job but the amount of bitcoin that I already bought , insist me to remain in this field .

My worst mistake was to don't buy Bitcoins in 2015 last months, when I knew about Bitcoins. I lost the opportunity to make a big profit that I could be enjoying at this moment, but I had fear and I didn't know if Bitcoin was really a trusted currency (as there are many scammers, liars on the internet). And I know the same will happen in few years, I will regret about don't buy Bitcoins now, but what can I do, I don't have money to do this. 

You can't regret not buying if you don't have funds to buy them anyway. But on a more serious note, everyone who knew bitcoin even in the last couple of years and are still doubting if it's a good investment are making a huge mistake. Just looking at the performance, the price doesn't want to settle down and continues to break new highs at an unprecedented phase. Even at $1,800, the price might seem cheap in three years' time.

ouch you could've been filthy rich by now dude. with btc that low, you could've purchase a lot and reap the rewards of your patience now. if that was me i'd really regret that though at that point, yeah, you'd really have to grow huge balls to gamble on btc

we are just a coward that time , did not brave enough to take a risk and choose to play so safe. then full of regret now really not surprising i believe a lot of people have same feeling as you right now. just keep thinking over and over again about "if you bought 100 bitcoin that time you might will have $170,000 by now"

that fantasy only make you lazy , just don't give up and keep thinking positive!

I came to know about bitcoin and cryptocurrencies years back, and planned to invest last year starting but due to some negativity dropped the plan, for the same I feel bad. This year starting I started using it.

Ah! This is what the same situation happened to me. I came across a person around 2012 who was marketing the BTC and was telling us at the time that it is late but still the best time to invest in the BTC. I was not serious about it and thought that it is some sort of a scam.

Later on I met him a year ago and he told me about the blunder I made. I was so angry but decided to start working on the BTC.

I have also been in that road before. I was so doubtful of bitcoins and I have ignored it but last 2014 I have heard that bitcoins price was very high and a bitcoin exchange was being established in our country. Its too late since if I have took bitcoin seriously  then I would be enjoying huge profit in todays time like my friends. But it is not too late to engage in bitcoin and that is why I am doing online jobs to earn bitcoin.

Yes I appreciate this spirit. There is never too late in some cases, even now if you work hard for the bitcoins you can make high profit, the only thing that you need to do is to act smart. Now when you have joined it and are working for it you still are on the right track. Another thing don’t look to the others make a competition with your own self. It will benefit you.

The worst Bitcoin decisions I've been made is when I use all my savings in gambling, because I lose them all. I didn't expect that value of Bitcoin were raised up. That's why I'm back to zero now. I started to save more bitcoin again.

Too bad for you that's why gambling is not going to be the best way to spent your bitcoins. Why not just adjust and use alt coins for gambling? This is what I've been doing now because I find it too addictive when I'm going to use my bitcoins and if ever I'll lose, I want to take back my bitcoins badly but it will only lead me to lose more.

My worst decision that i ever made is all the bitcoins that i save, lost because i have been scam by a stranger that i met in trading. By that very moment i learned that i should be more careful to people that i never knew very much because nowadays it's hard to give your trust to a stranger.

People learn not only from their faults only but from other people the faults too. In my case the worst decision was my hesitation to do my own research and buy some bitcoins when they were cheap because I had been convinced from mass media were yelling that bitcoin is a bubble and it is used for illegal activities.

Sometime when you see someone drown into the water you leave the place which is better and is an example that man learns from others mistakes too. It is good to learn from someone’s experience and follow the right track. Try to omit those mistakes that you have done in the past learn from your mistakes and make them a step under your foot to the way to your goals.

Investing my bitcoins in an initial coin offering was the worst one for me. I won't tell you the name, but you guys gotta be careful while investing in ICOS. This really could be the worst decision of you. Please try to be patient and don't be aggressive in bitcoin investments.

Back then, altcoin devs used to do this. I think things have changed and that have made their investor base go down so what they are doing right now is that they put up a crowdsale and then just harvest some of the money by selling their pre-mined coin on trading sites. Create another ICO again, sell pre-mined coins, rinse and repeat. Not sure, though, if the campaign that I am in is going to do that since we'll never know.

Investing, in general, is very risky since you don't know the company you're investing at and you can't file a lawsuit to them. Well, you can but it will cost you too much time and money that it will be much better to just move on.

I remembed I think Iworst I made is my bitcoin invest to hyip because Im newbie in bitcoin on that day . And after that I think second is when I earned everweek in trading all my income there play in gambling site like primedice and casinos. And third is when I have profit I sell it I cannot hold it. Yes I do remember mine one too. I saw a video on the youtube channel and went to the respective site created my id there and gave them my 0.5 BTC for a daily income on the investment. I was just showed for a day that I earned on my BTC but after that I was unable to go that site from my id. It was totally a loss and nothing else. I was fooled.

It is ok bro, to be honest not a lot of us have seen that Bitcoin's future will be this bright as cryptocurrency is atill an unknown technology until now. But the question is why didn't you take advantage of Bitcoin when it had fallen back to 500$ level this late 2016? Because if you had  your money is more than tripled by now.

not buying some coins and hitting up faucets when I first learned about them.  Back when the Bitcoin cross country roadtrip took place.  Not sure what the price was but I know it was crazy low.  I could have bought in and not really cared where it went and could have made some nice money.

I spent all my time researching what I thought was a great idea but hesitated and lost interest and obviously a great investment that would have made me a very happy person right now.  

Just like you when I am new on bitcoin I do not consider on buying bitcoin because I just take my time on finding ways to earn bitcoin. When the time I become aware on bitcointalk a forum where you can speculate and share ideas and information to other through posting and replying to topic that is related to bitcoin and trading or investment I start on applying signature campaign where you post to earn. When I earn om bitcoin I not consider buying bitcoin anymore. The common decision that may people regret on is not trusting bitcoin when its price is just low because if we invest on bitcoin before the time it s hit and pump until now we may earn more bitcoin and can invest more now.

The worst decision was when I entrusted my bitcoin to get involved in big investments like the traffic monsoon and earnings platform of telegram bot at the end of last year. Although I ended up losing a lot of bitcoin, but from there I learned to be more in control of my investment and start doing the real thing with my own actions like gambling and trading.

That's a very popular mistake and I am able to read a lot of articlsles of bitcoin users committed the same mistake. So far I didn't came to this point that I was able to commit the same mistake. I just regret that I had sold some and I'm not able to buy early.
