Good old times when we mined ZCoin using Lyra2Z algo, very power-friendly at that time.

Yeah, ZCoin was so much better as brand name than Firo... just sounds stupid. Another thing is - what is the point of these BR halvings? To have less and less miners to mine the coin? It was 2k+ miners when BR was 12.5, just about 1-1.2k when BR was 6.25, and now its just above 600 according to miningpoolstats.stream.

Do note that there will be a revisit of the tokenomics in 6 months time to review the impact of the change. Also, this was the community that voiced and voted. Miners can again vote as they did before.

Firo v0.14.11.1 Release

This emergency release fixes a bug which results in Lelantus spends to fail verification when a new anonymity set is started. Additionally, it also adds a fix to ensure that in the case where a spent coin's cover set is constructed from two parts, both parts are included in the corresponding Groth/Bootle proof's transcript.

We recommend users to update immediately to ensure you will be able to sync with the correct chain when a new Lelantus anonymity set is started (approximately in a week with current usage).
