I just downloaded EMB wallet, it says " out of sync" can somebody help me how to sync it? Moreover i heard about coins stacking, i have up to 30 millions coins, how does coins stack work?

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

welcome to the world of crypto, when you download a new wallet it need to download the whole blockchain before it knows how many coins you have and that goes block by block which takes a good amount of time to do. Also its staking not stacking but they are doing away with that feature its POL(proof of location) and not POS(proof of stake) |

welcome to the world of crypto, when you download a new wallet it need to download the whole blockchain before it knows how many coins you have and that goes block by block which takes a good amount of time to do. I didn't have any trouble at all syncing up the wallet. How long have you had it running... sometimes it takes it a little bit to get going... |

I already unlocked the wallet again but now, everytime I restart the wallet is locked again, can I unlock the wallet again by default?
- The wallet is not staking because is syncronizing/disconnect with 1 active connection to the Ember's network, when and how can I know the process is completed? When can I expect this happens and how can I know I am doing it well?

I would never recommend trying to remove your wallet password so it is unlocked by default. This is not secure and you should never store any coins in a wallet like that. The Ember wallet does not give an estimate of how long it will take to synchronize. How long it takes depends on your internet speed and network node connections so it will be different for different people. Just be patient and it will eventually complete. Look at the horizontal green bar on the bottom of the wallet and it will say how far behind it is. Just by watching it move to the right and also by seeing how far it is behind getting less you know you are doing well. |

Thanks friend The problem is that now, after encrypting/locking the wallet, the "horizontal green bar on the bottom of the wallet" is not visible anymore so I am afraid about if I am doing it well or not. Any idea about why this green bar disappeared by locking the wallet and how to proceed now? Should I deposit my funds before or after this syncronization?  |

i change nothing and wait a few hours and now i have 2 connections since 3 days

I didn't have any trouble at all syncing up the wallet. How long have you had it running... sometimes it takes it a little bit to get going... NVM i got it. Firewall was blocking it and for some reason it didnt tell me it was going to block it. thanks for your concern  |

Yeah I know, it disappeared after encrypting/locking by default my wallet. And now I have no clue about if this is critical or not for completing the synchronization. |

CM is working on a migration and when you are an exchange that is a HUGE task. The site is up sorta but not very stable. I would recommend that you DO NOT login there unless the SSL is working. If you don't get the secure lock on your browser you have to understand that when you enter user ID and password that data is not secure it is not encrypted ok... |
