Can someone explain why Embercoin wallet uses huge amounts of network traffic? It has been over 40GB in 24 hours. My guess is that it has something to do with the debuglog getting filled with ORPHAN BLOCK notifications. Size of that debuglog grows very fast.

im having the same problem it is using many gigs a day uploading which is pretty close to saturating my connection, it is getting close to not even worth it anymore. a month staking and still zip

Hi
For me this process of staking in Ember is strange because you will maybe get your reword or not and to be honest you don't know when you will get it.
In different coin like Inflation there is 800% for now but I always se when I will get my reword, and that is every two or for days no longer then that.
But here you are not sure if you will get any of it, some people get reword after couple day's and another's are waiting a month. That system of reword for staking is
very strange and unfair.

Yes Those settings in ember.conf are working for me, wallet keeps only 8 connection and data transfer was around 10Mb per hour IN/OUT with sync wallet. |

so what about the people who don't check these forums 24/7, and did not upgrade our wallet, and sent coins to an exchange already without checking forums every freaking time...now they dont show up. and i upgrade and they are still gone from my wallet?
