Well I think no one would deny the fact that this price is and will be totally manipulated. The Investors paid 3 million Dollar to show their liquidity...the rest of their buy power will be just used to manipulate the market more and abtract money from average Joe. As it looks ZCash will be 1000 BTC. At lest for a few days.
Low supply combining with high demand.
Monero had high inflation whole first 2 years so price never could explode and prevented market manipulations.
In ZCash market manipulation first months will be popular hobby.

maybe it was the seller having a little fun? I really can't see a real person being that desperate and stupid to pay that much even if it was for a tiny fraction of one coin which it must've been. it's not as if that price is sustainable for more than a few seconds. |

Someone sold for 600 BTC XMR coins. I wonder who sells for 600 BTC at that price level. Why not at the peak? Why exactly on the day zcash was released? Very strange. Unfort. I didn't monitor the XMR lending market to see if it was a short to weakens the position of XMR. Fishy
