SILENTARMY v5: Zcash miner, 115 sol/s on R9 Nano, 70 sol/s on GTX 1070

@Marc @Genoil and other SA devs,

In v5, running two instances does not give more S/s (at least in my experience). This could be a way for improvement. in v3 running second instance was bringing +25-30%.

If I look at the new competitor Optiminer, he's results with two instances show what you could obtain with SAv5 + 25% with second instance.

This is actually an indication that GPU is now fully utilized.  Additional optimizations are going to take a bit more work now.

Download cigwin 64bit when asked for packets search python3 interpreter install and run from start.bat included in zip file(don't forget to edit...or not

Is python3 interpreter sufficient or should I install recommended dependencies?

I installed everything it recommended after selecting the 6mb python package, it works fine.

Install everything that is recommend or you might not like the results if you don't . it's a fast a install or was for  me .

I am running v5 on win 10 with 7 470s and 7 480s, both cases gpu0 and 6 (7) hashes at .9 and half speed. Did anyone able to run all 7 gpus at full speed in windows? Do I need to set mclock with wattman?

I may have a power problem two cards stay in the low 80 avg and one dropped to 54 or lower and is avging around 50 . playing with power limit looked like it made it worse.

i asked before,no one answered... could someone explain why the windows port would work perfectly on one rig and run very slow on an identical rig? happening with 2 of my rigs... 1 of all RX 470's and one of 290's/290x mix rig. works great on one but slow on another identical rig , so out of 5 rigs im running SA on 3 and claymore's on 2..OS/drivers and hardware are all the same...weird eh..

this happens when silentarmy detects your cpu as dev0 or dev1

try different combinations of --use

--use 0,1,2,3,4,5
--use 1,2,3,4,5,6
--use 2,3,4,5,6,7

I have a GTX 1080 and I can't break the (barely) 70 sol ceiling. Tried up to 9 instances (have the Vram for it, 0.8GB/instance), but 2x instances seems to be the sweet spot. Also running at stock clocks with just a +500 VRAM boost.

Can anyone else confirm GTX 1080 speeds? How many instances are you using? (can't find any other arguments to alter)

SAv5 works on windows7 and on r9280x. 75-80sol/s. same hashrate with claymore but without fees.

Update:

Needs further testing. My initial conclusion is that Claymore finds more solution/shares than SAv5 running at the same speed. Can anyone confirm this?
