If your coin dosn t get listed because of the coin review from the devs you will be get refunded asap !

Regards Lafu
Hi Lafu!
One more question. How much time does it take to list a coin from the moment of payment?
Thanks  Wink

Depends on how much work the devs are and busy but normal asap

I am a customer for two years and never had any issues with Cryptopia. But after Cryptopia enabled forced 2FA on accounts without, i can't login anymore into my account because i am not getting Emails with 2FA sent to my mailaddress. I wrote 2 Emails and received an answer for both 5 days later asking for information about my account activity which i provided. Now i am waiting for another 9 days for a reply. What is going on is this the usual response time for support tickets?

Yep, that's how cryptopia operates. Half of my tickets never received any responses at all (although mine are usually about stuck deposits/withdrawals, so they just ignore them and when the transactions finally go through hours or days later, the question becomes irrelevant and they never bother giving any answers).

Someone mentioned pointing the pool to a different cryptocurrency, but what about something more like merged-mining?  Could the saved work be re-used on a different blockchain, like Bitcoin Cash for example?

Why not generate more complete search sequences (without the zeros at the begining)?  It might seem like it's taking longer, but it would be searching in a less obscure area of the search space.  And you wouldn't necessarily need to count by one's in a linear method, you may be able to write an subroutine to space it out without overlapping.

The odds of discovery might be about the same but it wouldn't be limited to the lower number space.

And I don't suppose the server side is open-source, but at least will the saved work be public domain.

CoinInfo still shows 0 connections. My ticket has been closed.

And now it shows 0 connections for BATA after withdrawal request. It smells bad.  Huh

I must say Cryptopia is a pretty damn good exchange, good to know my NZ cousins are supporting crypto.

Been having fun shorting BCH and BTG to buy more POWR between.

My only gripe would be that they should have a market price feature as most sites do.

Makes it very easy to do a spot price, but all in all its a small ting.

Love the exchange, cheer bro.

Hi there, what happened to your Gbyte (Byteball) wallet. I have a deposit waiting to be confirmed since a while and I saw many have the same issue.
Are you investigating it?

Really? Still doing maintenance over there? It's been over two weeks now.

Hey, Cryptopia customers!
Be aware about that do not do mining to cryptopia deposit addreses, because you can LOST YOUR COINS!
There is helpless support and administration and they even can not make a direct transfer of coins by manual withdrawal request.

I did try to do mining PhoenixCoin to my cryptopia deposit-address: PfZc6QFwQrUEwrK3arHYFSf885J5WBpjbm
and MAYBE I DID LOST MY COINS.
Anyone can see transactions here: http://explorer.phoenixcoin.org/address/PfZc6QFwQrUEwrK3arHYFSf885J5WBpjbm
All mined transactions there is on the their wallet
and maybe admin can see this in his wallet
and do transfer this,
if cryptopia exchange have private keys from stock exchange wallets.

No one of this transactions I cann't see on my account balance. Funds are pending from 2017-09-04 03:32:12 !
Just last transaction there is credited, because this is transfet, not mining reward!
Mining transactions need to wait 100 or more confirmations, but so long time I cann't see this.

I did write many tickets to support, but this was been closed again and again. No any help.
And now they answer me this:
Quote
Hi user_trade,
Thank you for your patience,  We do not support mining directly to Cryptopia accounts
This is stated on every Deposit page below your address:
“WARNING! Please do not mine to your Cryptopia addresses, we do not support transactions from pools like P2Pool etc.”
While I appreciate the warning does not list all the specific mining options out there we feel it is very clear when it states:
Please do not mine to your Cryptopia addresses.
I’m very sorry but we do not support mining in any way therefore we cannot assist you further in this instance.
Although we do not support direct mining pool transactions, if some do get through,
this is likely through a different process and they are exceptions, not the rule.
We do however sympathize for your loss.
Regards, Cryptopia support.
Maybe they mean this stock exchange not credit to stock exchange the mining rewards directly generated to deposit addresses,
and withdrawals from pools is credited to account balance because THIS IS A TRANSFER, not generation.

So as I understanding they just don't want to do transfer by manual request withdrawal.
Is this scam??? Or just laziness? What should I do?

what can i say...perhaps read what is shown in the balance page it states clearly:

WARNING! Please do not mine directly to your Cryptopia addresses, We do not support generated transactions from pools like P2Pool etc.

Really am suprised they didnt close your account out of principle.

Your coins are GONE!!!!

Dont call this a scam as its clearly laziness on YOUR behalf unless you cannot read.

Go into your balance page and read it again and again and again then come back and post in here what it says.

Yeah, have to side with Cryptopia here, pretty much every exchange warns not to mine to their deposit address.

I presume it's something to do with the way p2pool distributes funds, perhaps it's because you don't have the privkey of your Cryptopia deposit address. Whatever the reason, it doesn't work!

Hello since the 13/11/2017 that I can not receive logging codes in my email.from this date I do not get my account on the site of voes.tenho funds the same as few.lol be aware that our accounts are being so badly managed by the support of voices. Because I have a problem I can not get my account to receive the emails with the codes and all the answers that I have are completely useless of the type (you will receive a verification code in your email). can only be clownish if I just open a note that I
I'm not receiving the verification code. how to send me an email with this information?
I already registered the site in the list of trusted senders. I saved them as contact and nothing. I want to know if there is any activity in my account. Because if it is not I am the one that I am ascending. I would like a resolution for my problem. I will do 1 month and nothing has been solved. various tickets with support and the same unanswered answers. (you will receive a verification code in your email)

Come on man, if you have a problem with e-mails arriving, then at least mention your e-mail provider in the post. Seriously, some providers can put mail like this in the spam folder, others maybe won't even let it through at all.. Your e-mail provider is the 1st thing that you're supposed to mention in a post like this, and yet you haven't.

I already registered the site in the list of trusted senders. I saved them as contact and nothing.
Where? Smiley In your e-mail client? Or in the e-mail server configuration files?

I`ve been using it for about couple of months, and I can say that I am very happy with every feature they provide. The exchange, marketplace, forum, everything works perfectly! Probably will be the best exchange of 2018.

Be aware about that do not do mining to cryptopia deposit addreses, because you can LOST YOUR COINS!
There is helpless support and administration and they even can not make a direct transfer of coins by manual withdrawal request.
They set the rules, they don't honor any direct mining deposit
Your mistake hoping they would somehow bend the rules for you?
Support will help you if there is real problem with deposit/withdraw/trading etc
but they will not help you when you deliberately broke the rules

You admitted and did it knowingly even you know the rules and expect it differently?
They are true to their words, your normal transfer deposit was credited but none of the direct mining deposit

Correct! they won't entertain you by manually crediting your account
Scam... of course No! actually they're pretty considerate to allow you still using their exchange service
even after you breaking their rules consistently and bothering their customer service

Why don't you just use official wallet for collecting the mining deposit then do daily or weekly transfer to cryptopia
if you use your own wallet you will realize the cost & time it takes to process each mining deposit individually
you generated more than 20+ mining deposits daily and you wonder why the refuse direct mining deposit?

Yeah it's a quite good exchange, only bad points are, imho:

(1) low volumes

(2) high (highest around?) withdrawal Bitcoin fee, at present is 0.002 BTC, pretty crazy for small traders.

of course 2 makes 1 worse, because once you know fee are so high, you end up choosing another exchange with lesser wd fees.
