So i'm on nanopool and showing about 11K Sol but I am at 12.2 k Sol on my ethman.  I know its all about solutions yadda yadda, but 1.2K less sol is pretty massive.  Anyone have better luck any place else?

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

You might want to try suprnova.

Guys I got 1500W power supply and RIG is drawing 1400W, should I add another 750W power supply to power motherboard and the 1500W for the GPUS? Anyone got experience with this? I don't like to load my power supply with more then 80%, I feel if I keep it running at 90 or 95% will will get fried in a couple of days.

As long as your temps are okay, you should be fine.

Temps are 50-70C Smiley

My v4 info:

AMD Fury  - 100 H/s
280X - 70 H/s

280X - 85 H/s hynix > bios mod 7970 hynix low power use !  Grin

280X's are becoming like say the highlander of the mining scene...

Any 290/390 mem straps modding easy to follow tutorial around? too bad there's no mem straps editor like polarisbioseditor for hawaii Cheesy

What cpu should I buy to improve my solrate?
I have now celeron g1840 and my best rate is with -i 0,
with -i 1 is less and with -i 2 my rig freezes.
Higher "-i" have no impact even if I choose only one card with -di parameter :S
i have rx 480 rx 470 and r7 370

I have observed the same scenario and would also like to know the answer.
Will Pentium help? (I guess no, but maybe latest skylake?)
Will i3 be enough for 6, 7 card rigs, or we have to go i5?

I haven't heard anyone with an i3 complaining about 100% CPU usage, so an i3 is probably ok...i5 for sure. I would stick with haswell socket 1150 chips though so you don't have to spend extra on a board and ram...just drop it in!

Hawaii BIOS modding looks like a bit of a clusterfuck. I just modded my Gigabyte with Elpida ram, and it went from low 80s to high 80s. I also have two XFXs though with Hynix memory and they are already doing 95-100 without any mods. I'd like to try modding those too but I still have questions and I have been researching this for about a day now.

Only place I found any info though is here and it's not exactly straightforward:

http://www.overclock.net/t/1561372/hawaii-bios-editing-290-290x-295x2-390-390x

There are some premade BIOSes from the Stilt, but they are for reference cards only. I'm not sure if they are locked into specific core/mem speeds, or if you can still tweak with afterburner after flashing. It's not very clear.

@Claymore
looks like some sync related bug - I've got a mixed rig here: it has 370, 470 and 480s.
If I run different intensity (2 for 400 and 1 for 370) I get about 15% of shares rejected.
If all is set to "-i 2" - no problem, rejects below 1%

What rates are you getting for your 370 and what clock settings?
It hashes 38-41H/s
I'm now running stock 985&1400 (since v3.1 it became extremely unstable on higher freq, was running 1080&1500 before)

Try 1375 on the mem. The range from 1376 - 1500 uses looser timings, so it's probably worth the 25MHz drop.

I will not release NVidia support. Neither Linux update. Please use mrb's miner for that OS and hardware.
That's your choice, but I don't see the reason why you deny yourself thousands of dollars worth of mining fees.

I'm not so greedy as some people say Smiley
It's not about money, there are several reasons why I'm not going to release ZCash miner for Linux in near future - most of haters who say that I stole SA engine are on Linux so let's they use some different miner. Also I don't like to see as someone applies IDA to my miner to see how it works. Also I don't like Linux, it's a pain for me.
NVidia: if I release miner for NVidia, these haters will again say that I stole SA engine. So there will not be NVidia version.
I think other devs will create public miners with similar speed for Linux and NVidia soon.

I am linux user and I am not a hater. Please consider making a miner for linux. If I can help please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Sorry guys - bit off question:
I just sold 2 of my 3 yrs old 280x (got 285 EUR for them). Do you think I should buy new 480 for this money?
Or better spend it on bitchez & drinks?

 Roll Eyes

Depends on your ROI

Do bitches ever give "you" money? - FUK no... they drain your ass till your bleeding from the inside.
Drinks - ok well .. thats a toss up  Grin

Just buy em man... buy once - cry once - slowly make a profit. - get some drinks too.

Yeah, me too. I think the difficulty has increased. Payouts seem to be the same though.

Less hashrate than what ? Do you compare with the current or average hashrate ?

I don't have these cards but from what everyone else has been saying.. ver 15.12 is best for those older cards.
P.S. these older cards are out preforming newer cards - makes me sad.

Ty Mr. Claymore . Perfect job as always.
I have 12 rigs 6x390 and all works fine ~6400 h/s.
I tried to mine Zcash classic with Miner 4.0 at zcl.suprnova.cc and expect ~70Zcl/24h but receive 45, so back to Zcash
Is this miner full useable to mine Zclassic

Maybe you're referring to shares and I guess thats a normal trend, just imagine all miners here Increased their hashrates due to magnificent recent updates, not only that, the price is also pulling down like bitches panties. Lol
