@eXtremal managed to get 90 sol/s on RX 480 with SILENTARMY. Competition is only a good thing, I would say.

Been running v4.0 for ~18hrs now but flypool is showing 15% less hashrate.
Anyone have a similar issue with Flypool ?
Less hashrate than what ? Do you compare with the current or average hashrate ? Maybe you're referring to shares and I guess thats a normal trend, just imagine all miners here Increased their hashrates due to magnificent recent updates, not only that, the price is also pulling down like bitches panties. Lol Flypool have increased the difficulty on the Zec pool (500 up to 1000) meaning you will get less shares but each share you do have will be worth more

I'm currently using the 15.12 drivers for my R9 280. Will I potentially get a more stable hash and better hash rate if I upgrade to latest drivers?

What cpu should I buy to improve my solrate? I have now celeron g1840 and my best rate is with -i 0, with -i 1 is less and with -i 2 my rig freezes. Higher "-i" have no impact even if I choose only one card with -di parameter :S i have rx 480 rx 470 and r7 370
I have observed the same scenario and would also like to know the answer. Will Pentium help? (I guess no, but maybe latest skylake?) Will i3 be enough for 6, 7 card rigs, or we have to go i5? I haven't heard anyone with an i3 complaining about 100% CPU usage, so an i3 is probably ok...i5 for sure. I would stick with haswell socket 1150 chips though so you don't have to spend extra on a board and ram...just drop it in! My friends has i5 and his rig with rx480 hangs too on -i 2 intensity..

So what, i dont care about toxic guys that insolted Claymore. Man is doing his job and i dont carea about the share for him because he mades miners and he need to earn money to live with while making them for all curencies. I hope he will think about it. You didn't fully read Claymore's post. He clearly knows it is hard for him to secure his code from disassembly on a Linux version. It isn't a disassembly thing, the same thing can be done on Windows. They was rude, ungrateful, and just general haters, so he decided they don't get a Linux version. Plus, he dislikes linux, because many things are harder to do, so he doesn't feel like spending extra time catering to them. Yes, this also affects many Linux users who support him, but the whiners burned the bridge already. The SA miner that they claim he 100% stole verbatim is available for linux, so they can use that. He already made amends with mrb about the small part of code that was reused, and he is credited, but many people still whined and complained about 2.5% fee.

If it hangs, probably due to unstable GPU clocks, voltages etc, and not CPU load. If CPU isn't fast enough, miner just slows down. -i 2 may stress gpu too much.

the 380's need an optimization, it s the worst one and i have 95% of 380's even the 270 get better speed if i could modify the bios for better ram timing to get it at 1500 i guess it would help or maybe claymore can do some optimization in miner for 380?

Upgrading my rigs to i7 cpus. But the cost when I looked at a couple more vid cards is hardly worth the justification. When you look at price drop and rising diff. It's too uncertain for me to jump. getting 46 on r9 380x and 60 on 7950 anyone can help me whats the best driver for r9 380x and clock ? If you are lucky and got HYNIX memory on your 7950, you can get up to 90 Sol/s https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1676474.0

I found about 2times better cpu (according to benchmarks) for about 70usd. So if it could give me few % more it could be worth it..
